Reliable and on time!
My husband loves them. They do a great job kn his clothes. I took a beautiful lace jumpsuit there and it shrunk significantly. They were semi nice about it. A bit frustrating to hear that I needed to take it back to Neiman Marcus and that there was nothing else I could do, but other than that they are nice.
This is a fantastic cleaners with impeccable service. I will only take my fine clothing to this cleaner. I even dropped off a shirt I forgot had popped a button, it was returned to me with a new one sewn on! They truly go the extra mile and I'm very grateful for their customer service. Keep up the great work!
Never been more disappointed in a service. I would never take any expensive items here. I had a small stain on a Burberry wool cape, took it into get spot treated, after they completely shrunk and RUINED the garment, the owner told me that the stain caused the wool to shrink. He was also impossible to work with and extremely rude. After taking my stuff there for 2 years, the manager said he would refund my $10 for ruining a $600 piece of clothing. End of the day, would not recommend.
