Centrum Surgical Center is a fully licensed and accredited multi-specialty facility. We have six pre-operative stations, one pediatric pre-op station, and four operating rooms. We can accommodate patients for 23-hour stays. We have a full time, closed anesthesia staff with radiology capabilities on site. Centrum Surgical Center is contracted with most major insurance carriers.

I had ACL reconstruction here and I'll say that the facility was nice, clean and my doctors and nurses were terrific. HOWEVER, I recieved a follow up bill on Monday and by Wednesday, they were already calling me asking why I hadn't paid it. Outrageous and very poor.
They did a great job on my shoulder, thank you!
It's the day before my surgery and I had to call and cry and threaten to cancel my surgery before they would tell me the time of my surgery. Seriously? The day before and I can't get the time of my surgery? The admin wanted me to wait for the pre-op nurse to be available to tell me the time because she needed to go over when to eat and drink. Which is ridiculous and has nothing to do with telling me the time of my surgery. I informed her that it was my third surgery this year and I'd had surgery 2.5 weeks ago and I already knew all of that (and she could talk to me about that later anyway). I had to tell the admin it was extremely unprofessional and didn't instill any confidence in me that they knew what they were doing if they couldn't even tell me 24 hours (and was it even 24 hours???) in advance WHEN my surgery was going to be. At that point she gave me a time. I'm still considering canceling my surgery.
Front desk admins - 1 star Medical staff behind the closed doors - 5 stars Have your questions ready when you arrive as they are not very informative. It’s not uncommon for admins to be short and lack of patience so this doesn’t surprise me. The medical staff is absolutely FANTASTIC. I interacted with nearly 10 of the staff during my visit and they all very so very kind, they made me comfortable and took extremely good care of me. A+++ Other reviews mention how the place likes to rob clients, I have not received my final bills as my surgery was yesterday, so I will soon find out. Fingers crossed because medical bills can be terrifying
