Run as far and fast from place as you can never apply here managers and ceo are all liars and very unprofessional they cant be trusted no one ever appies for the spd because this hospital have a horrible reputation.plus they do they in spd that jacho should really look into.

I had foot surgery in July 2014, and I'm not sure if my experience at North Central Surgical Center could have been any better. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth sailing. There was a "patient advocate nurse" who let us know exactly what to expect, and what my parents could expect in the waiting room before/during/after my surgery. Everyone was very nice, and made me feel at ease even though I was really nervous for my first-ever surgery. My doctor was great, surgery went well, and post-op I had the most amazing nurses who checked on me throughout the night (but didn't wake me up every hour on the hour). The facilities were nice, clean, and everyone we encountered was professional, personable, caring, and so many other wonderful adjectives. I really couldn't have asked for more! Thank you to Dr. Curry, the Carrel Clinic and everyone at North Central Surgical Center for making this experience as easy as possible!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is terrible. The management are unprofessional snakes that act as weak apologists for nasty, deceitful coworkers. Steer as far away from this place as possible.

I cannot rave about this center enough! From the moment I walked in everyone was amazing. The nurses and medical assistants were seriously the best ever. Even in the middle of the night they were cheerful and happy to help with anything I needed. My mom is a nurse and even she was amazed by the patient care. Food was great. There was also tons of food and drink for the patients and their families just down the hall for the taking! Loved this place and if I ever need another surgery I will be going here no doubt.

They hired myself and 2 other guys. I was set up because I was dark skinned for 1. Then because I knew my job. They set me up to be dismissed. All kinds of lies. This place will stab you in the back then in the face. U have to be part of their clique. One of the other guys, can't wait to get another job so he can leave. They have been doing things wrong so long, they make excuses to make them right. The girls on first shift, they are one of the biggest problems, they HAVE to go. Problem generators. One lady was there less than a week, and she realized she can't work for these folks, so she left right away. The manager that was hired to lead me, was fired at Christmas 2016. He had no clue. Management sucks, H.R. has no clue, but they do try. Stay away from this place, athletes too.

I've never had any kind of surgery before, aside from dental work. I have terrible anxiety. Just terrible. I can honestly say though that being here was one of the most comforting and peaceful experiences I've ever had. The staff and nurses and doctors were wonderful. Everyone kept reassuring me "we'll take good care of you" and while at first I was thinking "yeah ok whatever" I began to realize very quickly that they genuinely meant it. They explained everything from start to finish, never made me feel stupid or dumb for asking a myriad of dumb questions (so I thought anyway). I can read people pretty well, and the genuineness and compassion for patient care truly radiates in this place. As worried as I was prior to going in, I couldn't help but be totally at peace and comforted by the level of care I received before and after surgery. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I'm not entirely sure what all they do aside from what I had done, but I would certainly pick them if I ever had to have an operation done again. Very nicely done and I see why they have received so many awards and recognitions.

The best experience ever. The staff were very friendly and the food was A-1 not like the typical hospital stay.

I have had 3 surgeries here. They are fast getting you in and out. New this time was the hose with the hot air that you could hook up to your gown to keep warm! The best since most surgery places are kept cold.
