This is finest, first class hospital. Patients receive instant responses, spotless rooms, nurses respond within seconds and top of the line accommodations for any over night visitors in your room. Every part of this hospital was spotless. Very smooth transactions (Thank you, Vanessa) Thank you to Rose, Eleshia, Kelly and Dewane all the tech's and office staff - you all were 5 star heros. Thank you for treating your patients like #1. Doctors at this facility are lucky to have such wonderful staff, response time and quality of patient care. I'm very grateful!

Dealing with the billing folks is a challenge. Had two endos a month apart earlier this year and FSH can't work with TRICARE for beans. The first time the primary care folks pushed up a referral and FSH billed TRICARE. The second time the referral went in, but FSH can't get it right with TRICARE and wants me to pay out of pocket. Be cautious!

Nursing staff was great. However you're asked to take your medications. While your stay in hospital you're given your own medication. You have to ask for ice for your water, otherwise you're given a warm bottle of water. Heavily medicated , so when meals are brought to you and your sleeping, the staff will bring your cold tray. The most important thing to know is that what you're told the surgery will cost IS A LIE! I had a back fusion and was in this facility from Friday and was released Monday. The amount submitted to my insurance was $350,222.02!!! No this not a typo...it's the amount billed. My insurance is having a difficult time getting itemized copy explaining the charges. I received an "itemized " copy emailed to me, but no itemized actually stating what exactly each charge is for!!!! Go to another hospital that's honest and know an approximate cost of services!

My wife comes here for her CRPS procedures as her doctors are trying very hard to get her pain under control and managed. I just moved to Minnesota for a new job so unfortunately, I couldn't be there for her last procedure. So, about 2 weeks ago when she had her trial for a med pump, my wife calls me up almost in tears to tell me that one or more nurses seems to not believe the amount of pain she is in based on body language, tone, and wording of phrases by nurse or nurses. Now of course, she said she could be just imagining but I highly doubt it since a lot of doctors and nurses are known to not believe CRPS patients and think of them as "drug seekers." Now im going to give the benefit of the doubt that you nurses were not doing this because if I have to take time off from a job that I just started just to make sure my wife is treated correctly, I will not be a very happy person. This is the first problem we have had with this place. Update:I changed the rating because they contacted me right away and addressed the situation and we're polite and professional. I thought I did this months ago but I guess the update never went through.

This is by far the best medical facility at which I have been treated. The nurses are phenomenal; caring, compassionate and empathetic. And the staff for pre-op (from check-in to labs -shout out to the lab tech with the golden touch! X-ray and respiratory labs). The doctors and nurses are among the best I have ever experienced.
