From the first time I walked into Cycle City Power Sports I was greeted with respect. The whole team is amazing. Ty, Tyler, the finance lady sorry I can’t remember your name and most of all Mr Author... that guy made it happen. Today I got to carry home my brand new 2018 Yamaha R3!!!! Never mind some of the bad reviews go see for yourself I bet it will make your day !!! Keep up the good work all the employees are awesome 😎 even the ones that are in the back the whole team rocks

Awsome service ,had a tube and tire replaced for my boys bike and they took care of me with no problems! And hats off to them for giving military discounts.

Didn't purchase a bike (yet). But today, I received great customer service and saw a potential style bike I would like to have as a beginner...once I learn how to ride lol. Over all me and my little one felt welcome and it gave me a huge boost to start this new chapter of motorcycling and adventuring in my life.

Had a good experience looking at side-by-side options. Very friendly staff - encouraging but not pushy. I would recommend browsing the store if seeking some outdoor adventure equipment.

Needed a part. Chris in parts knew what I needed and provided the part quickly. In stock.

Had two screws stuck in my dirtbike that I couldn't get out but I brought it to cycle city and they were very helpful and got the screws out in a few minutes. They're a little expensive but very good service.

Just bought/traded for a used bike that cycle city had and it was a great experience. I worked with Ashley and Trevor. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the bike. Was able to trade in and leave with new bike in just a few hours. Would highly recommend anyone looking for new or used bike to go by and check out cycle city's selection first. Also there mechanics were very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had.

My family and I stopped by Cycle City to check out the four wheeler and mini cars. A customer service representative came outside to talk to us and tell us about the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I look forward to making my final purchase there.
