The front desk receptionist is incredibly rude. There was an appointment mix up and despite my having an appointment confirmation email she told me that there was no appointment and that she was tired and that this had been happening to her all day. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. They she said did I want to wait, there were people behind me. I asked her for an estimate of how long the wait would be, she said she didn't know, they I asked if I would be seen today, she said there were people behind me.... they entire experience was just incredibly rude and unnecessary. If she had begun by apologizing for the inconvenience and that there was something wrong with their system there would have been no issue. Furthermore they repeatedly take your blood before the doctor appointment for expedience, but when the doctor orders special tests, they will have to re-stick you. Because of this they often order extra and uncecessary tests that aren't even properly done. I can't tell you how many times they have run a fasting glucose after I said I just had lunch or a Am Cortisol test in the afternoon. This creates false results in my medical record, which is incredibly confusing for all of my other doctors.

The most unpleasant receptionists I’ve ever encountered at a medical office. Waited over two hours for a scheduled appointment. In response, I was told to book the first appointment of the day next time. I arrived at 6:45a for my 7a appointment only to learn the the Dr is double booked and I’m going to have to wait again. The Dr was too busy to give me the time I required for my last appt. this will be my last visit. Horrible in every way. Bad experience and sub-optimal care.

I like my doc. Love the early appointments! Bathroom is disgustingly dirty! Disgusting!
