If there was lower than one, I would choose that. This office is overbooked and inefficient. You make an appointment and then are kept waiting for over an hour. Cannot get refills of medications easily even though lab work is complete. Cannot get through to "live" help; every time you have to leave a message and it never gets returned promptly or at all. Hire more doctors and help or cut down the patient load. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I will be finding a new doctor.

Read the other reviews but I have had a great experience! The office is extremely busy but I think the staff is respectful and polite. I don't think they have a lot of time to chat so they might be perceived as being cold but when I have had questions or needed something they have been very accommodating and friendly.

I have been seeing this office for 4 years and I used to feel confident and attended to very well but as of now they have too many patients and I don’t feel he gives enough time to care to speak to you about your illness and to be told I’m a difficult patient and here’s your scripts see you the next visit leaving the office to only be frustrated and still sick is not very good doctor care , my records Do not even have correct information , I feel he gave up on his patients and don’t care to take the time to explain these life altering changes and does not got time to listen to you . Your a doctor and you should care about your patients and if someone is difficult then you should take the extra minute to figure out more that’s why your the doctor. Loosing hope in this office 😰

I have never decided to give my feedback or post a review about a doctor, but this time I will give my feedback and I sincerely hope that one day this doctor reads my review. I have someone in my family that used to see him back in 2014 and all of a sudden he refused to see her because she "didn't pay for the treatment that she received." Her condition got worst and every time she called to schedule an appointment they refused to do so because of the unpaid office visit fee. Until 2017, it was unaware what exactly they were charging her for, but then it was discovered that they were charging her for the ultrasound exam, which was paid. It took them years to let her know why she was being refused for an appointment. I called many times, hoping that they would schedule her an appointment to see him, but in the end they said HE WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN.. I really don't know what's the issue.

I’ve been going to him for almost 10 years now. He is very intelligent and caring. I feel comfortable going here. Staff is always polite. I have not had issues with scheduling or refills.

My son Alex and I were there today. I have years of experience with people. I give them a high rating! The Dr. who did the blood draws and all that took place along with His Assistant Ms. Donna were exceptional! I really appreciated Dr. Alzo! he was so wonderful how he explained everything to us. The only thing I held back 1 star is because The Phlabotomlist was harder to understand. His bedside manner was excellent. I am sure it is difficult for him as well to understand our English. I am So Very Gratful for these incredible human beings! I praise God they will get down to the issues thay are causing so much havic in my son's life. What looks normal on the outside after a horrific automibile accident, doesn't mean they are ok! If your brain injuries are causing lack in your pituitary glands, your growth hormones, cortisol or tetosteron levels.... than something needs to be done! Thank You! from the bottom of a Mother's ♡

Dont go see this Dr. For any reason. Hes a quack. He always sends an associate in the room to see you. Everytime you need a refill of meds he needs to see you in the office. It caused me to lose my job. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.
