So frustrating that people in the hospital are always contradicting each other, and transferring you all over the place with no regards to patients. So many incompetent and rude people. Then you spend hours on the phone just to be given false or contradicting information. The lack of professionalism, clarity, and hospitality is mind boggling.

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been too.. I went to the Er and the front desk treated me so bad.. I told them I want privacy with telling them what’s wrong with me.. so he told me “I don’t know how Wisconsin does things (I’m from Wisconsin) but we don’t need to be see you if we don’t feel like it’s an emergency.. so I told him I had cuts on my back and maybe an infection and he told me to show him? AT THE FRONT DESK? The lady wouldn’t even check my blood pressure because she was to busy lecturing me on how they don’t have to help me. I literally just walked away.. hopefully someone believes me but this place is so unprofessional in that area.. and judging by the reviews I made a mistake 🤷🏾‍♂️

Oh my Lord after I went to another hospital I went straight to Denver Health. I had the worst migraine and the hospital was quick to discover it was related to a lumbar puncture at another hospital. I thank you so much! Your fluoro docs saved my life. Thank you.

I'm a single father of 3. I have been having major back problems for years. I've been getting the run around about everything. I've had to do things that have only made things worse. Now I'm being told that this place is going to start charging a copay. I'VE NEVER HAD A COPAY. Don't think I'll ever come here again after today. If you have a choice, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You'll be treated better & more like a person than a paycheck.

Nice people however, a good doctor would run a blood check, find deficiencies in the patient then give them vitamins, not coca cola and candy like this place. Seriously guys get your stuff together. I'm a stoner and I know more about mental health than these doctors. either that or they just don't care. That is an actual fact. Don't take this as me being an ass hole, please just fix it for the sake of people's lives. Give your patients with psychological problems proper diet and nutrition and find out what the problem is and actually deal with it besides giving drugs right away. Test their hydration levels. I understand drugs can be good for chemical balance, but they can be balanced without. Have safe exercise equipment for certain patients. This is the most logical protocol.. I will change this review to 5 stars if you can explain to me why the emergency health center doesn't apply this basic practice. Just get vitamins, it's not that hard, do injections or alternative surplus methods. Let's swallow our pride and make the world a better place! Take these suggestions to heart.

I would like to personally applaud Denver Health for embracing diversity in our community. Unlike competitors, Denver Health welcomes all races, creeds, regardless of orientation and without different treatment. As a proud black woman, I stand with a hospital and will support Denver Health's efforts and Mission. Thank you.

I was taken to Denver Health Late September of last year because I collapsed at work. I've heard really bad things about this hospital, but I was treated amazingly here. I had been suffering from an Eating Disorder and they never made me feel bad for it. The cardiologist even took time to sit by my bed to just listen to me for 30 minutes. Most doctors would never do that! I was admitted and stayed for week. I only had one bad doctor there, but the rest of the staff were amazing! Would recommend for anyone with an eating disorder to come here!

I am currently sitting in the emergency waiting room since 10 pm and it's now 130am....still no movement, waiting to be seen. Is this really an emergency room? Or extended adult clinic. .. Worst visit this far!!!! Well part 2!.... Waited til 215am...still not seen pain was to bad to continue to sit upright in a chair for 5+ more hours with no Help!

My doctor is awesome. I feel safe to address my issues and staff are more about how to help than about this is how we've always done it. I like their perspective that authority is more like a partnership than a dictatorship. I am glad that I can come here.

I was in town visiting and needed emergency care. I was in the waiting area for 2 hours before being seen. I don't know how the priority goes but I was seen before patients with chest pain and before patients who were in much worse pain than myself. I have great insurance as an active military member. Once I was seen, neither the doctor nor the nurses recommended proper pain alleviation techniques common for my ailment. I had to google it. I even had to ask for an expedited treatment for my condition that the doctor later approved. In all, I spent 4 hours in the ER. Roughly 20 minutes of those with an actual provider. Very poor service. I hope this hospital does not represent the state of care in Colorado.

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been too.. I am pregnant and I decided to move doctors due to not being comfortable with the first doctor I had. Well I've gone to 3 appointments and have had a terrible experience every time. This is my first pregnancy and its really scary going to the doctors and having so many questions and hoping for a good experience.. The Ladies in the front desk will ignore you until their conversation with each other is over and with a rude fake smile then help you like you have interrupted their day. My third appointment I was about 15 mins late due to the traffic which was my fault but One of the ladies asked how far along I am and I told her I was 20 weeks the response from her was that my 45 min long ultrasound appointment wasn't that important. Due to being late to an appointment. The policy is you can wait for a no show to be seen or reschedule and the appointments are not very schedule friendly with people who have full time jobs. But the other two appointments I've had different doctors and they are not very nice as well. The last doctor I had made me feel like I shouldn't be pregnant and i wasn't prepared enough with all the facts on having a baby. I spent 5 minutes in the room just to be told that I need to figure out a birth plan and they sent me home I had to leave my job early for this appointment and It made me feel worse then better knowing that I would have to deal with this for 8 months and going to the doctors for 5 minutes. For Moms that are having babies I would not recommend this hospital.
