I was going to give it 5 stars seriously because I went in there the first time everything was nice the nurses are nice and helpful. But as the day went on you saw it's TRUE colors. Dr. Osuja or Osuna he needs to be pulled aside and spoken to regarding having patience for the patients. The nurse tried to use the "blue phone" and I even gave them my number in case any language barrier arose and he chose to not use it nor speak to my father. My father was left with questions and the this dr. chose not to even speak to him. Not cool. Infact, not professional coming from a Dr. at all. If you ever have Dr. Osuna or Osuja, prepare to not have any answers for your ailments. Some people seriously just go to work for a paycheck and it shows. It still surprises me, how can a dr not want to speak to the patient if the patient has questions about his procedure AND what will happen with his care. Which ever director hired this dr. Seriously needs to learn how to better screen who they are hiring.

My experience not good at all. They had me waiting for a long time in a little area with a curtain to separate the patients from one another. There is no privacy. You can hear everything that is going on with other patients. I asked for water and the nurses made me feel like a homeless begging for water. Just over all crappy experience. I will NEVER go to that hospital again

My fiancé went to ER because she was having anxiety after a night of drinking and they diagnosed her with alcohol withdrawal. They put her on IV and injected her with drugs and sedated her and she had no energy all day. We came back home to Boston and we got billed over $8,000!!!! I am furious and we will dispute this charge with our insurance. Do not go to this hospital you have been warned!!!

I went in for right sided mid back pain. At no time did i ever mention chest pain. They did no xrays of my back. Rather they took 2 views of my chest and gave me 2 Tylenol and told me it was non-cardiac chest pain!!! Again my chest does not hurt. HOWEVER my back hurts so bad that the slightest of movement takes my breath away. When I lay down I scream in pain

Absolutely terrible experience at this hospital -- Last night was at a club in Vegas and believe I had my drink spiked. I have no recollection of getting to the hospital and just woke up still feeling very ill. I could just hear the nurses in the room bad mouthing a load of the patients. What's worse though is that they didn't do any real testing and were very rude. Clearly they realised I was British and thought I may not have the insurance to cover it so did one simple test, pumped some potassium into me, and then did nothing else! Later when I asked they told me though my blood alcohol content was relatively high, it wasn't likely enough to get me admitted. Thus they knew it was clearly likely I had been spiked but didn't even bother testing for drugs!! They also couldn't give me any information about why I came there, or what was wrong with me at all. Huge scam.

This hospital is the worst .... They took blood 3 times gave my every unnecessary test under the sun just to fine out I was fine(to bill my insurance) ...Was in triage for 13 hrs with no food or water .. or Dr ...kept telling me we are waiting for a room and the doctor will go over what we have to do next IT NEVER HAPPENED IN 13 HOURS!!!!!..Spring Valley is in there network... NO to them too just as bad I am sure..Nothing but Filipino nurses everywhere .. That can't have a conversation without thinking they are right and dismissing your needs ... ..Had to discharge myself because it was such a bunch of BS to get no answers ...When the bill comes I will dispute ever unnecessary test that was giving ... Wont pay a penny !!!! ..The medical industry is a scam it's not at all about helping you It's about taking your money and masking the symptoms .. THE MONEY ISN'T IN THE CURE IT'S IN THE TREATMENT !!!! *** RESPONDING TO THE OWNER.. CLEAN YOUR DUMP OF A HOSPITAL UP YOUR REPUTATION IS TERRIBLE !!! DON'T JUST RESPOND TO UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS FIX THE PROBLEMS !!!!

These people are great and did all they could for my little brother before he passed. I have never seen such a tentative staff and informative as well. Every nurse and doctor gave him the most attention and service they could. We got all the time we needed to say goodbye and I will forever be grateful.

My younger sister was there overnight and the nurse she had while I was there was nice and took good care of her as she was constantly puking and has been for over a week but no one can figure out what's wrong.. And soon I found out no one can stay over night with her because they only allow visitors from 10AM to 8PM. So I left and they were changing shifts so I don't know who she had after that because they made me leave. I then get a call from my sister that next morning saying her new nurse would ignore her when she would call for help and they refused to give her anything for the nausea and she over heard the nurse saying "she can keep calling me but I'm not going to go in there". Who does that? Do they not have any supervisors over night? Never again. On top of that they lost her insurance card and told us that we never gave it to them which we did and they said that they will make a copy and give it right back but never did! I wish I knew their names but they refused to help and give any information. She tried to get transferred but they refused because she didn't have her insurance card (which they lost) And made her check out if she wanted to switch hospitals.

Very courteous and polite staff, considering my insistence on receiving an MRI which was(after some research) probably not indicated at that time. They were professional and responded appropriately, and I wouldn't be in this situation had my personal doctor's office(CIMA) done their job properly. Even with the unprofessional snobbish male desk clerk, I give 5 stars for a job well done.
