I am writing this (not sure if anyone will actually read this) to say I love Tulane, I have been a patient there since I was a toddler and I am now 25 years old. I was hospitalized 3 times back to back recently and Tulane staff was kind to me. The only concern I had was with Dietary. One morning they forgot to bring me my breakfast and the nurse kindly went get it for me, on another occasion they didn't bring me my supper and the nurse had to get me something to eat. Everyday it didn't matter what I ordered with my food, If I ordered powerade, sprite, juice, I always got a unsweetened tea, even though my receipt on the tray clearly said sprite. I phone the manager but ended up talking to a woman who claimed she was management and she was rude, told me I was lying and I got my food and she hung up on me. Only to find out later management of dietary is a man. The only conclusion I could come up with is that kitchen staff are marking receipts with sprite and giving you tea so the can bring the extras home with them. Other than dietary my hospital stay was comfortable. Thanks

The staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived and the necessary paper work was quickly completed and off to the pre-op. Where I was again welcome told of the upcoming procedure and then asked if I had questions. Having none I was then made comfortable with a pre warmed blanket and again meet with the surgeon/doctor who did the surgery. Upon waiting for a period of checking to be confidently assured all went well, I was released. Treated like a king. Thank you Tulane Hospital and all of the staff

I deal with permanent injuries from an accident when I was 16. I'm 73 now and was prescribed PT after a recent serious fall. At first, my therapist did amazing hands on work to reduce severe swelling and bruising , gently, but persistently got me to start moving! After weeks of progress, I feel as though I'm in training for a competitive marathon! I am unquestionably stronger and healthier (and younger!) in every way, including weight loss. Tulane Sports Medicine has without exaggeration been life changing for me.

I travel from Ft. Polk, LA to see the best doctors in the world, in my opinion. I have been coming to Tulane hosp since 2007. l am here today because of the Dr's here. Also the staff that make the reservations for hosp. hotel. Mrs. Gail ,Mrs. Peggy and Mrs. Linda are super, and they do a great job making sure that I have a room each time l come here, if l don't have a room in the hosp hotel, I know that will make sure l am happy.. And the staff in the cafeteria are superior, l am a very picky eater, but l look forward to eating in the cafeteria. And I can't leave out the clerks in the different clinics, they make u feel comfortable. l won't go anywhere else because of this hosp and the staff I am still alive. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT TULENE MEDICAL CENTER IN DOWNTOWN NEW ORLEANS THANKS A MILLION TIMES OVER AND OVER MS. CINDY GARRICK

My doctor's regular nurse was scheduled to be off on the day of my appointment, but she contacted me the day before to let me know and to complete an update of my medical history for the past year so that my visit would go smoothly the next day. I've been a patient of Dr. Amy Grace for the past three years - I learned about her from a friend and I've been grateful for her recommendation ever since. Dr. Grace and her staff are wonderful. Even though I usually only go in for a visit once a year, the personal attention I receive when I go there makes it seem as though I was just there not too long ago. Dr. Grace and her staff are always responsive to any questions and concerns I have between visits as well. I'd highly recommend Dr. Grace to any woman seeking a good OB/GYN.

My visit to the Tulane University Medical Center was for a general checkup, and I was glad to meet my new doctor, Elizabeth Bowles, M.D. who examined me and had me go to the lab for blood tests. She called me some days later and explained that my lab tests were within reasonable ranges, and she responded positively when I asked if she would expect me to live till I reached age 88, since I am currently age 87. I look forward to further check ups for the rest of my life at the Tulane Medical Center.

The Best Hospital experience ever!!! (if there is such a thing) Everything, including surgery was done as stated & on time. The medical staff was warm, friendly & kept everyone informed as the day progressed. Room was very clean & the food was good. Special kudos to my nursing staff.
