Baby sister born here. All I can say is that this place cared for her like a mother. 5 stars hands down.

Took my daughter in to the children's emergency room two days ago. I LOVED THE STAFF. From the minute we walked in until she was discharged everyone was so kind and made her as comfortable and happy as possible. Professionalism and just the courtesy of the staff was amazing. Thank you all so much. My daughter was in her room watching TV and the cable went out. We didn't say anything (she was extremely sick) but her Dr walked by and noticed it had no signal he said oh no your TV isn't working?! I'll go right now and fix it and he did. Just overall an amazing experience

We were advised to take my son to the ER after an Urgent care couldn't properly diagnose my sick child. My son showed signs of appendicitis and needed to have a CT scan to rule it out. The staff at this hospital were extremely vigilant, and kind. The nurse was an A++, Very smart and good with my son. The Doctor was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to keep us posted despite being busy. Even the CT scan technician did an excellent job. All in all everything came back ok, and my son who is 3, was sick and had a fever, but the stomach pain was just from holding his poop in. Even though this was a false alarm, the entire staff acted like it was the real deal. I am highly impressed with the attitude and professionalism of this hospital, and won't take my son anywhere else but here.

The OBGYN center in this hospital is amazing. The treatment and care is probably the best in town. I love it here. Thanks for everything 💞

I had a horrible experience at this hospital. I had back surgery a couple of years ago and was unable to move for several days. My surgeon was excellent, the hospital installations were alright, and even the main nurses were nice, however their assistants were absolutely atrocious. They were demeaning, dismissive, humiliating, I couldn't say enough. They gave every patient on that floor a "nickname," needless to say it wasn't the most flattering thing they could come up. In my opinion, it is humiliating when someone calls you "crybaby" behind your back, right after having surgery (it wasn't me who they've named, but a poor guy who had double knee surgery). Anyway, I did make a complaint to the hospital administration, but didn't hear back. I'd say if you have to have surgery at any hospital, make sure you have a support system that checks on you often, so you don't have to depend on these employees.

I was born here 15 years ago. It was a good time. Recommend. I'm doing good now, in case you were wondering.

My daughter was admitted into the pediatric unit for three days. I can’t say enough good things about that staff. While we were there, they had volunteers come in and bring toys, activities, and live music. They had an activity room for the kids to get together and do arts and crafts and play games. The nurses were understanding and very sweet. Just an all around good experience.

I could never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was awful. They gave me a medication that i told them i was allergic to. And when i needed my insulin they did not give it to me at all. I had told them i was diabetic many many times over and over again but they just continued to not do anything. If i didn't have some in my bag i would have probably died. This place dose not deserve any stars.

From the check-in, waiting room, triage to the X-Ray, the nursing staff, PA, and everyone took great care of my son, we did not wait very long and everything was clean. All the medical staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Labor Day evening 2018.

I’m not sure if all ERs are ran this way but I am disappointed. I didn’t actually get to see a doctor, instead I was seen by a physician assistant that refused to do an MRI because she first had to “go through a process of elimination” and ordered unnecessary CAT scans. I’m not a medical professional but I do know that what I have is in my tissue therefore an MRI would have been the proper test. Also she orders medicine into my IV without even discussing the medication with me or explained how the medication was going to help my condition. If it wasn’t for the nurse that asked, I would have never known that I was being juiced up. I went in there to get help and by this I did not mean to allow her to treat me as if I was incapacitated! The PA gets a zero star and I regret having stepped foot in the place. The check-in and nursing staff did an excellent job and I wish I could rate their service and attentive care a five star, separate from this review.
