Review & Rating
Purchased 3 new Sea Doo skis from Niles and the rest of the crew in 2018. Great staff from sales to parts and take care of any paperwork or financial issues as needed. They have Veterans who work on staff and hats off to hiring them. Sea Doo are top line skis, and we only purchase the best when buying. Special thanks to staff for tolerating my 2 PTSD episodes on phone with staff over some issues, but cured all issues on new Trixx by spending an extra 3k on performance kits and solved all issues.
They have always been helpful and friendly. You can find cheaper prices for service, but you will get much poorer quality of work. They have always done a good job with my bike and I will continue to use them for all my needs: parts , service , and if I ever have the money, sales.
Anthony is amazing.
Ran by to get 3 new keys programmed for my Outlander without an appointment(didnt buy the quad there). In and out in 30min and the service dept guys are awesome! I personally witnessed them help two other customers( price break, and get me back on road)things they needed and neither bought guy his bike there. I was very impressed, and I'm hard to impress these days. I will be back! Jeff is one of the best service managers I've ever seen and he wasn't even the one who waited on me. I wish he worked for me!!
Very well-stocked. It has all kinds of motorcycles motocross bikes wave waverunners helmets jackets everything you can think of to have a good time on your toys that you can buy. The people a lot friendlier than I thought they would be the great place I would definitely go back and buy some more stuff
GMS called me regularly to let me know costs and expected completion date. Work was completed in a timely manner even though it is a very busy time for them. Jet ski was returned with all work do,pleated as asked and job was done for a fair price.
Jon helped me with the purchase of my new motorcycle. He had excellent customer service skills and a wonderful bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable about all of the motorcycles that are sold there and helped me pick out the best bike for me. Gail from accessories was wonderful as well in helping me pick out my jacket and helmet. She also gave me confidence to ride when it came time to leave on my new Ninja 400!
Great customer service, very nice people, I will be back here again. Even after my wife accidentally damaged their merchandise they were still very fair and extremely understanding with us. I will be back to make my purchase with them very soon.
Jody is always helpful and low pressure. Very knowledgeable on the bikes that they sell. He won't let you make a wrong decision.
Niles is as professional and courteous as they come. Straight shooter with no hidden agenda. He did not try to push a product on us. We were able to take our time to make the best decision for us. For that, we will definitely be repeat customers. Also, Kudos to Ted the finance extraordinaire! Very stand up guy and compliments the sales team. Thank you all for making our first experience a great one.
Took my sons 2018 Polaris to be repaired.. Jason told my wife that the ATV would need to be serviced before they could repair because it would void the warranty.. He told her the service would start at $300.. and the repairs (a new plug and clean air filter) would be another $172.. My wife called me and I couldnt believe we had a $600 warranty package shoved down our throats and had to pay $300 to service every time to maintain the warranty.. So I called Jason and he continued to tell me that Polaris would not cover failures if we did not have them service it.. I told him to just fix it and I delt with Polaris myself.. They told me good ole Jason was WRONG !!! So we went to get our ATV the next day and Jason was very rude.. Then a young lady went to get the ATV and brought it down to our vehicle and jumped off without a word.. The buying experience here was super pleasant, but the service dept was the worst I have ever seen.. Maybe they should consider starting out by hiring adults to handle the public..
And please save your response because I know what happened and there is no way you can sugar coat it..
This is a Can-am dealership. So when I called the parts department and told the "new guy" i had an outlander. His first question was, "who makes that?" I knew then i would have problems. I then had to really in detail describe the part i needed. Once it was found he couldn't tell me how long it would take to get from the warehouse. Instead made a smart comment about not being able to control the postal service. Very professional....
