One time I was an idiot and partially secured my oil cap. Pulled over on the side of the highway, oil everywhere, I called and even though they didn't have one for my 06 R6 in stock, these guys told me to come by and they would pull one off a floor bike. 2 hours later i'm running again. Made a bad day a lot brighter.
Got a great deal on a yahmaha 4 wheeler. Staff was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. Would buy next 4 wheeler from them

Best experience/customer service I have ever gotten from vehicle sales persons. Dan "the man" was very helpful and attentive to my questions. The gentleman working in the parts department(matt?)was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and recommended a riding jacket and helmet that would be best for a new rider like me. The customer service was so good that I almost purchased the bike and gear I wanted even without my license. I'm definitely coming back here to purchase my first bike.
My salesman Dan and the staff of entire dealership were extremely helpful. Fast and easy sales transaction and were very fair with my trade in value. Will definitely deal with again on my next purchase.
Just purchased our 2nd bike today from Glen Burnie Motorsports today. The experience was awesome. Dan is the man!!! He is..... It literally says so on his business card. The entire staff is friendly. First time hearing about this place from a colleague. I was extremely pleased with the store layout and customer service I received starting from my initial call to inquire about what I'd seen online. I came in to check out the used inventory. I informed the sales rep I'm on a budget. Without hassling me for anything else but what I informed him I wanted, "Dan The Man" assisted me and many others with ease on what seemed to be a crazy, busy Sat. Wayne processed my purchase without issues and I was riding out on my new 2014 Honda CTX700N. Plan on returning for other bike events and future service and sales!
