Absolutely amazing!! We had the BEST stay here at the Halekulani and will 100% return. Their customer service is the best I have EVER encountered anywhere in the world. We have been shown but nothing but sincere friendliness since arriving and I have been completely pampered since being here. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they have done everything possible to make us feel so special and welcome. Their breakfast package is absolutely worth it!!! It has been such an amazing meal each and every day. I love everything about this hotel and have nothing but amazing things to say about their service and staff. Also, if you have time - I would definitely recommend the Spa Halekulani - we had the best massage of our lives there.

Came here for late lunch - Only place in the neighbourhood that served lunched after 14:00. The interior is very nice and the staff is absolutely friendly and service is very good. Food however, was a disappointment. Ordered the catch of the day at a relatelivly steep price (higher than anything else on the menu) and ended up with an overcooked piece of fish, with a very bland sauce and rice that had been maybe left out too long and was very very dry. Continued to eat it all since it wasn't bad. Complained to the manager and was offered a free dessert which certainly made up for the very mediocre meal. Unfortunately, the espresso again was not very special and for a place of this level and price, I would have expected a lot more.

Had afternoon tea in Orchids with a beautiful ocean and Diamondhead view, watching surfers ride the waves. The food was delicious. Loved the cream and the lemon curd on the scone! Had the champagne afternoon tea on the menu. Does not look like a lot of food but trust me by the end you will be very full! I went with a girlfriend and we were stuffed to the max!

Such a wonderful setting. The House without a Key was a perfect way to enjoy the evening. Ask for a cocktail table if you want to sit near the live music and hula dancer. The food was wonderfully put together, but the iced tea was far too sweet for me!

A true 5-star hotel where the staff remembers you by name. Yes, the base room is more than other luxury resorts on Waikiki, but there is NO resort fee. The base room is 525 sq ft, including a lanai with a lounge, table and chairs. This is luxury Waikiki at its finest!

Upscale hotel that is not as expensive as it may appear to be. This hotel is located in the Waikiki Beach area of Honolulu. It is a beach front hotel and has a restaurant with a peerless view of the ocean. This is a classy place that has ……

Had dinner at The House Without a Key. Delicious, beautifully presented meal and live Hawaiian music. Have dined at Orchids for special occasions and enjoyed the pampered treatment. This is a really luxurious, Japanese owned hotel.

The room was pretty tight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, breakfast buffet didn’t have much options and they do not offer sun-beds on the beach, only next to the pool area. The pool bar does have the best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
