We booked this resort through Priceline, which I probably won't use again because we put down 3 adults in our party and they gave us a king bed...the hotel was great though they accommodated us, and gave us 2 queen beds vs. The king with a roll away. The resort is beautiful, very clean. The pool was pretty nice, chairs to recline in, also a pool bar. A bon fire area , beach chairs by the ocean, and beautiful white sand.

It's not bad but.... I do think you have to have the right room and spend a lot of money. The gulf coast suites are lovely on the inside but the noise is unbearable from 7:00am with delivery trucks etc. We were on the 8th floor and it felt like an alarm clock was going on in the room. The concierge on the front desk was a little bit abrasive. It really didn't add up to what I expected from a highly rated hotel. Perhaps home nation customers are more preferred?

Excellent experience. The hotel and its installations are beautiful and clean with great views. Customer service is awesome, they go above and beyond. My husband surprised me with a getaway weekend since we're having a baby soon so he thought it might be convenient to go to the beach and what a great way to spoil us both coming to this great hotel. 100% recommended.

Very nice accommodations. Room was great. Huge balcony, larger than the room (409). Room was very quiet. Didn't hear any other guests while in the room. Only steps away from the sand. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bring plenty of $$$. Clearwater beach is not the cheap weekend get away that it once was. On the flip side, everything is well maintained and or new. Had a great time. We'll be back.

This resort hotel and beach is a bit pricey, but well worth saving up for a year to experience a really nice vacation. Luckily I have 2 wonderful daughters who are willing to treat their retired Mom . The place is beautiful and the service is great. There are all sorts of fun things to do from fishing (off the pier or boat), collecting shell's, nightlife entertainments etc. Or just doing nothing but relaxing on the beach or at the pool.The area has lots of shops if you want to spend more money on clothes or souveneers.

Beach is very nice and well takin care of. You can find crabs, sand dollars and other sea creatures. We had 3 dolphins swim within 10ft of us in the swim area. Pretty cool!

Loved this resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area that are within walking distance. The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here.

Tonight was my first visit to Caretta's On the Gulf/the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater, and it will be my first of many. From the free valet, personal greeter at the door and front office staff, things were going very smoothly. We were seated with Sam who was charming and very knowledgeable of the nuances in the food. All local everything, made in house fresh daily. Sam recommended the Prix Fixe, and she was SO right. The service was on par with the legendary Bern's, but with the charm of a vacation destination. We were greeted by Aaron and another super friendly manager. The food was perfect, and the view is how you would picture a great restaurant on the beach in your dreams. Tonight was incredible. Do not miss this place.

It’s a beautiful hotel on Clearwater Beach. The staff is friendly and the decor is lovely. The views perfectly look over The Gulf of Mexico with the most wonderful sunsets. The hotel has many restaurants with great food as well as plenty of restaurants with an easy walk as well. Loved how valet offered a water to the family on our way out.

Friendly staff and clean facility with a great pool and beach access. My one complaint is guests had an additional charge for getting an umbrella on the beach. For the nightly rates, guests should be able to relax on the beach in the shade for no additional charge. Other than that, my family had a very nice stay.

What can I say about Sandpearl. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The view from the room is gorgeous. Semi private beach access, with chairs for guests. The pool is refreshing and clean. I plan on coming back in the future, this was my second time here.
