I had a good experience staying here for 2 nights this week. The check in was perfect, I received wonderful attention from the staff, as well as observing at all times the well-cleaned areas. Check out was fast I also appreciate it. I got a room with a breathtaking view, I totally recommend staying here.
A fun place but extremely expensive. Not a great value. You could book another luxury hotel and get a better experience for the same price. Food mediocre considering the price. You are paying a premium for the name. Palm Beach is insanely expensive considering that the city across the bridge is run down and filled with vagrants. If you like fancy expensive stuff this will fit the bill.
The customer service is outstanding. The "Old Fashioned" at The Circle Bar is the best ever. The beds are so comfy and the TV in the bathroom mirror is neat.
By far, the nicest hotel /resort I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve seen a few. Eat at the bar looking out at the ocean at the seafood restaurant. The bar is an aquarium! They have lots of great restaurants. Four pools, right on the ocean. Unbelievable architecture in the lobby and conservatory. Best brunch ever!!
Fantastic resort. We have been treated well. All amenities are here. Thoughtful additions, like a TV screen in the mirror in the bathroom. To cool!
Hotel rooms are fair at best. We paid for a suite and we paid a lot of money for it every single night. It was on the top two floors of the hotel with a special eating amenities and privacy room in which the food they offered was fair at best. If you’re looking for a great resort in my opinion this is not the place. The staff is very well trained they’re very courteous in the hotel. Up by the pools they didn’t have enough cocktail waitresses and we did find one outdoor bar and restaurant they had pretty good drinks and really good food. We actually went off property to have a decent meal. They really talk up the resort like they are the best but honestly it’s an old resort very beautiful inside but the rooms are small our bed was saggy on both sides and as hard as the floor to sleep on. Everything you eat and drink there is 100% higher than many other good resorts that I can name. Plus they build and 20% tip on every purchase of food and drinks. My girlfriend and I’ve been to very nice resorts over the years m, all five star places and this particular resort is definitely at the bottom of our list. Also the beach is not a soft sandy beach it’s a rough sandy beach and there was tons of seaweed that came in every day during our stay. But as they say to each their own
The Breakers is an amazing. From the architecture to the beautiful landscape. Went to the Seafood Bar and was completely in awe, the bar is a saltwater fishtank. Wow. The decor inside reminds me of being on a ship. There are beautiful views of the ocean. The service was Super Excellent! Nina made extremely delicious drinks, also she is very kind and professional. She made our experience at the Breakers over the top. We will be back! Next time we will come for Sunday brunch. Walked through the area and the food looked amazing. Thank you Breakers and Nina for a great experience....
The Breakers Palm Beach is one of the finest Hotels/Resorts in the World! The Resort is located in the very heart of Palm Beach Island surrounded by magnificent, manicured grounds with Tennis and Golfing facilities within steps of the Hotel. The Breakers Beach Club is open to magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean with wide expansion of pristine golden beach (Sunrise on the Beach is a lifetime experience). Excellent restaurants and bars are open and available virtually all day and into the late evening hours. Minutes from World Class shopping on legendary "Worth Avenue"; and the excellent Palm Beach International Airport is just 20 minutes away on the Mainland. But what makes the Breakers so very special is the Staff: From the front door to the Beach; They enjoy working at the Breakers and it shows. I swear they go to "Charm School"! No guest request is ever ignored and is promptly fulfilled. One of the great places to visit on Earth!
Absolutely amazing from our check-in to when we exited the property. The Breakers is a stunning, historic property right on the Atlantic coast on West Palm Beach island. Still owned by the same family who built it after the fire in 1926, the magnificence of this resort is really second to none. All of the employees here have an amazing spirit and are incredible friendly and professional. The rooms are pristine (we were in a suite) and serviced very well ( 2 times a day). The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained: The spa is relaxing and offers a luxurious experience, the pools and beaches are beautiful and well kept, every restaurant is delicious and unique. The Breakers is a wonderful experience, whether you are stopping in for a day, or coming on a mini honeymoon to relax (us). This is a must visit if you are anywhere near West Palm Beach.
My car broke down and I missed my flight to Florida. After being abused by the airlines...The Breakers was exceptionally kind and understanding. I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute, but they were compassionate and refunded my reservation. I will be making a new reservation and will be telling all my closest friends about the level of professionalism and kindness shown to me by your reservation specialists. Thank you!!! Second to none!!!!!! This place is in a class all by itself. The staff is top notch and take care of everything. My wife and I came here for a mini honeymoon and the Breakers went totally out of their way to make it a remarkable visit. I've traveled the world and it is now one of my favorite and will be coming back again and again.
