Nice place. They hit all the check marks on great service. You can tell they have been properly trained to meet expectations of travelers that wish to experience a high level of service. Great job. Really a Great stay.

The food was stellar but the screaming woman in the lobby that was yelling to yell and the horrible service ruined the experience. For a dinner where two people easily drop over $100 I expect better service. The waitress was nice but never checked in on our table, pretty much felt ignored and when there was something we needed getting one of the many servers that fly by your table is impossible. Pretty much ruins the fact that the food is good and the view is incredible. Go somewhere else, you'll enjoy it more.

Don't get married here! My fiance and I were trying to have a small intimate wedding which they offer as one of their packages. The wedding sales coordinator, Cheryl, forgot about us... TWICE! She apologized, but there never was any effort ……

Upscale and classy place. Pools were not too crowded and unbearable. We were given great customer service. I highly recommend a family vacation here.

It’s still the only hotel choice if you are staying in watercolor or seaside. Good rooms but nothing amazing. Service is excellent and attentive. Expensive. But that’s what you get when a corporate company owns and controls the entire strip

Amazing hotel and beach club. All of the amenities you could ask for, and walking distance from the town square. Clean and comfy rooms, and super nice and help staff.

My sisters wedding was here 7 years ago and it was an absolute dream. The beauty of 30A with so much to do within walking distance. This place has a very special place in my heart

Great compound with lots of options to swim and eat. Upscale with friendly staff and fabulous, private beach. An odd note is that it smells so good! Easy beach walk to Seaside. Lots of families with small kiddos.

This was our first trip to Watercolor Inn & Resort and it will not be our last! We had a fabulous time. The Inn was gorgeous and so comfortable. The location was fantastic...walking distance to Seaside where there are great restaurants and shops. The staff at the Inn was so kind and helpful. Beautiful resort.
