I recently bought a motorcycle from these guys and the whole process was very smooth and easy. Jose and Bill were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Looking to replace my battery on my triumph street triple I found this place. They sold it for 2 dollars more (which is marginal) than you could order on amazon or the Yuasa website and they put the electrolytes in the battery & charged it for free, just told me to pick it up 2 hours later. Great place.
Just had the tires changed on my CB250 today. Iain was very responsive beforehand answering my questions by email and sending me a quote for the work, which was very clear and appreciated. I thought the rates were very reasonable as well ($75 to change both tires *on the bike* as long as you purchase the tires through them, balance and drive chain cleaning and lubing included, the closest dealership to me charges pretty much double that). Service was good as well, took about 2 1/2 hours overall (although I think there was one person before me so that's not the time it actually took, that's the length of time I was there). Everybody was very polite. Overall a very good experience.
I stumbled across this place and it was a GREAT experience. Customer service was top notch. Impeccable product knowledge, great prices and great selection. Highly recommend.
