I would give them no stars if possible, Demetrius the owner has horrible customer service and needs professional development. He bent the bumper on our truck and we had to pay for the repair of his company’s negligence. Instead of him listening, he immediately got rude and loud. I wish you well in your business endeavors if you ever receive anymore.

Kings Heavy Duty Wrecker Service did not complete the job on parking our bus. They took our money, stated that they would come out to complete parking our bus the next day and never did. Now we're facing a $500 fine due to our bus being left out on the street and not parked in the facility which we paid for! Not only are we going to be fined by the city but also by The Loft due to Kings Towing! The Loft made room for the driver but now the driver states that he feels it's not safe? Why? They made room. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE. For all of the fines and fees that is being put on me, I will see you in court to get a return on my money that's being wasted due to no one returning to park my bus.

King picked me up in my semi, towed me for a reasonable rate, and got there quickly during peak traffic hours. He proceeded to help me come up with a game plan for a fix and on top of that went above and beyond and took me to pick up parts and back to my truck. Genuinely a kind and fair person. For those giving bad ratings, they clearly expect the impossible and want a tow truck somewhere in Atlanta in 15 minutes LOL. Highly recommend this company!

This company is awesome. The owner is very personable and provides very timely service. The traffic in Atlanta is extremely heavy; however they still manage to reach you at a reasonable time. They hauled a 26' box truck for me and I am very pleased with the service provided. The only regret I have is that the maximum rating is a 5 because they truly deserve a 10.
