My experience started out fine. I was communicating with Amy about a quote etc. The week of 4/8/18 we made arrangements for me to come into the store to look at the linen samples on 4/14/18. Overcharged us for tables/chairs after they told us invoice was being adjusted. Refused to take unused items off of invoice after we were told by crew members that they would be removed.

We were so happy with all of the rentals from NE Party Rentals for our wedding in September. Amy helped guide us into choosing the perfect-sized tent and dance floor for our wedding. The chiavari chairs added elegance, the string lights added whimsy and the hand-made picnic tables were the perfect complement for our vintage farm wedding feel. I would definitely recommend working with them.

The Plymouth Phil was more than satisfied with our experience with NE Tent and Party Rental. The equipment we rented (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) was in great shape, spotlessly clean and delivered on a timely basis. Everyone was great to work with from the minute we placed our order until it was picked up after our event. Working with Amy for the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra’s gala was a joy! A fancy event at an airport hangar can be intimidating at best and Amy went above and beyond to help ensure that everything was perfect. I’d work with them again without hesitation - and you should too!
