My husband's car was in getting 4 new tires when I ran my car into a curb! Ugh! They got my car a new tire and we were on our way!

Old fashioned place. The lady working the desk could have been more friendly and given a better time frame on when to come back. I appreciated that they offered to fill up my flat tire. The guy in the shop was very friendly and asked me to come back in an hour. Very affordable flat tire repair and I’m sure this establishment is very much valued in the community.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, Carrie's all brand tires, no long wait. Did alot of tire research, looked at reviews and ratings. I couldn't find a good all season tire that was good on snow. Sandy recommended one, I researched and found a winner. Free tire rotation for life of tire also.

1st time I went there they were so accommodating and professional. Now they are understaffed and the lady at the desk 3 different times 3 different days said she would look into something for me and call me right back and never called back. Then when my tire finally came in (I had to call them to figure that out) the lady scheduled me an appointment a different day because they were backed up that day so when I made arrangements for my wife to go get it fixed for me they told her to come back in an hour (FYI she had our 3 year old son with her because it’s so easy running errands with a child) very disappointed with the service there. Extremely disappointed with the lady at the desk very unprofessional. P.s. don’t use the text or email they give you they do not return either tried that after the lady would not call me back.

The service here was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They actually told me that nothing was wrong with my tire and didn’t charge me anything, let alone try to sell me a new tire! Used to go to Firestone but will always go here from now on.
