If you are looking for a place to be treated with kindness, respect and consideration by an excellent doctor , manager and staff, you have come to the right place. I have received the most considerate care at Today's Vision than I have anywhere! I have been wearing glasses 20+ years so I have experience with optometrists and ophthalmologists. Though the place looks fancy and they treat you like royalty they are fast, caring of your vision, looks and feelings! They are not out to add on unneeded costs, they are out to make sure you are well cared for, satisfied and have the best you can get health wise and financially. I can not recommend them more highly! Thanks Ya'll!

My first visit didn’t go well I called several times to ask if they accepted my insurance and they said they would have an answer shortly I finally had to just show up for my appointment and wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before they came and told me they finally found out they did accept my insurance but unfortunately I wouldn’t be seen because the doctor had to leave they tried to make up for this by giving me credit and dilating my eyes for free which I though was a good way to make it better but then after spending a fortune on over priced frames even with insurance and having someone try their hardest to upsell me on things I didn’t need I was told that it would take 7-10 days to get my glasses after 7 I called just to check on them and was told they were expected in on the 14th which is today I called today expecting them to have them and instead was told they would have them on the 19th and when I said something about being told the 14th the lady said “I remember talking to you and I’m pretty sure I said the 19th” knowing that this was a lie I feel like they are very unprofessional and will be taking my business elsewhere next time please reconsider scheduling an appointment here as it is not worth the headache

UPDATED REVIEW: Dr. Chavana contacted me personally and everything has been handled. I have my contacts! I can see! I appreciate the time and effort to make it right to me, that sometimes is more important than anything else. IT DESERVES ZERO STARS! Horrible customer service. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to be seen on time? Never mind the lack respect for other people time. I order my contacts a month ago and I still have not received them! I have called three times and different people has giving me different excuses: we don’t know, the lab said they sent them but we did not received them, and today they told me that the lab is backordered and that they don’t know when I’m going to get my contacts. NOBODY CALLED ME TO TELL ME ANYTHING! They don’t even care about the customers or care about what is going on. The very rude person on the phone had no clue was going on. Save yourself from this awful place!

Nicole, the assistant, was very helpful. She explained the procedure as she went through and I got to learn why they do each step. Nicole also walked me through my benefit/insurance and pricing questions. I really appreciate the staff, huge color/shape frame selection, and extra glasses lenses features Today's Vision Gateway offers. My quality of life has improved since I've started going to Today's Vision three years ago. They take the time to make sure your prescription is accurate and you receive the best possible outcome.

My first visit was very smooth and good overall. The doctor and the staff was very knowledgeable. They answered all of the questions I had and even before I did, however it took me more than 3 weeks (probably close to the month) to receive my glasses. I went a week before Christmas so from the beginning they told me there could be a delay of few days bc of the holidays which I completely understood. Well 2 weeks pass and no call, no update, nothing. I called and they said the lab had just ship them out “sorry for the delay. They should be here no later than this weekend”. 5 days passed, no call, no update, again. I call and they said someone has picked up my glasses but I never did so they say they will call me back with the proper update, the day ends, no update, nothing. I call the following day, and they said there was a confusion. The lab has JUST sent them out, meaning I’d been giving the wrong information this whole time. They say they will give me a call when they arrive and wonderful marry comes to the rescue. She started following up with me more upclose and personally which honestly relief me for not dealing with the rest of the clueless employees. The day after I get a call from the office but it’s not Mary, it’s the guy, and he tells me my glasses have arrived, how sweet! I was unavailable to pick them up that day so I call the day after to ask if someone could go pick them up for me, and they said yes. They tell me what they need to know and CONFIRM they’ll be waiting for them to be picked up. My friend goes thru hours later for her to be sent back to notify me that my glasses have not arrived and I was giving the wrong information, AGAIN. I called so confused and I am furious giving a full speech to Mary, she very politely apologized, and I understand it is not her fault or the doctors, but my experience following my glasses around was a pain in the b**t. Although at the end I got to meet sweet Mary and got a complimentary eye exam for whoever I’d like to send, it doesn’t fix the problem. Needless to say how long it took them at the office to hand me my glasses, and my summary. Although they help with my vision health, they cause me a headache and a problem solved in exchange of another problem isn’t the greatest thing to be paying for. I don’t mean to defame this clinic at all, but if I was you I’d definitely think about twice on what you’re getting expose to.

Was told 6-10 business days..... now told end of the week at week 4 despite being told same thing last week. Plus, frames cost significantly more than target optical or Walmart. I was told they will ask lab reason for delay and will call me back but never did. When I asked, they gave dodged the question. This is ridiculous. qUpdate: got it an hour after review... not sure if coincidence but I’ll take it.

Unimpressed. The front desk is not very friendly or helpful. I didn't catch her name but she was having trouble multitasking such as directing patients and checking people out. Like other reviews say you will not get your glasses at an appropriate time. They like to push products on people and upsell. Please spend your time and money elsewhere. Vision is important for living comfortabley day to day, and not having your glasses for the money they took for weeks is unacceptable

The doctor was very thorough and the staff very nice. I loved being able to do all the paperwork in advance on Zocdoc. Did not need glasses this time, but my husband got new contacts. We were able to schedule online and the process was very convenient and the Saturday hours let us get it done quickly without having to take time off of work. All-in-all, a great experience.

Very bad experience with the staff.... we purchased frame from them online order ,After that ,they will not call Once order arrived.. we have to call and ask them..And when I went to pick up my frame , they will give different One..I was waited for almost 5 weeks .. Didn’t received the frame which I liked it..Then I canceled the order , bought it from the Good store..I don’t like their service..

I recently purchased eye glasses for my wife from here and the experience was not pleasant. I must say that they had reasonably good collection of frames and that's the reason we purchased glasses from here. But the service was terrible. They initially said the glasses will be ready in two weeks but I didn't hear anything from them after 2 weeks. When I called them after two weeks they informed me that the lenses we're broken during the making progress and they are restarting the process again and the delivery was delayed by one more week. They did offer me some discount coupon to compensate for the delay but they didn't give that when I picked up the glasses. Also, I have noticed that the Okaley Airdrop Icons (which is part of the original product) was not included with the frame delivered (they claim they are authorized Oakley dealer). Definitely not going to buy from here again..

Went on 8/1 and put half my payment down. They said it would take a week and that they'd text me. Next week comes and I receive no text. Give them a call on Fri and the guy tells me it still hasn't shipped. He tells me the next week. Next week comes and I still don't receive no text, no ETA; now, I know things like this takes times, it's a process, I understand that. The issue I have is that I have no glasses at all, my old ones broke. I wanted a good estimate as to when they'd be ready. This is the THIRD week and now "Brittney" whom I spoke with told me she'd call back and find out, which she didn't of course. I get off work and she tells me another week. And so now I went ahead and bought a cheap pair. It's all I wanted to know, just so I get a temp pair while I wait. 2.5 weeks of waiting only to tell me they're on backorder and won't be ready for another week. First and LAST time going here. Don't recommend. Customer service sucks, except for the initial lovely lady who helped me, I think her name was Tammy. Any who, never again!
