I bought car from them and i return it because has mechanical issue. Don't ever go to this dealership they really unprofessional waste my time to drove down there and they lost my registration card and when I called the sales manager said I can go online or go to DMV to get new registration that's really inappropriate answer. Stay away from this dealership.
I bought a beautiful 2008 Acura TL last Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Jordan. He was professional and knowledgable about Acura. Natalia in Finance was awesome as well. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Quick efficient service
The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
Fast and efficient. They advertised an oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes or less. I didn't expect to have them get it done in less than 30 minutes, but they did!
Pricy but fair and flexible on used cars that are not Acuras. Got my mother in law a Mazda CX-5 w/ under 50k miles fully loaded,memory seats side mirror warning , everything except Navi but a 6" touchscreen interface and warranty which was 19500$ and we walked out with it for 14500 otd that was her cap. And she came from a 2000 Nissan quest to a 2015 CX-5 and loves it. She has had it a year now and only put 2000mi on it and still thanks me for finding it for her.
