I waited to see a doctor for four hours :/ while I waited I was asked if I wanted to see, the allergist, the eye and ear doctor, if I would like to get Physical therapy, I wasn’t there for that they were trying to milk my insurance for all it worth. Then they wanted to do all different types of exams just because I Congested. I asked for a doctors letter For work and they had me wait some more I left because it was becoming pretty ridiculous and I was feeling really crappy. I will never go to this place again. Absolutely horrible disorganized and all they care about is money.

When they first opened this place, it was good, actually GREAT!... receptionist was on point, doctor ( Dr.H) was very attentive, Was! It was organized. I don't know what happened to this place, it's become trashy, disorganized, appointments aren't respected. Been going to Dr.Hoch for a couple of years, he seems very disorganized, overwhelmed and not focused. Sad. Thinking I might need to go elsewhere. Also, I've been called at random hours and given someone else's results, (the patient and I have the same first and last name, different birthdays of course),. need I say more.. downhill with this place. They overbook everyone , surely a health insurance mill!!

One of my kids had aloud of allergy's, was struggling for years to find a good doctor, and i find Dr' Kelinman a allergy specially at Ahava medical and he helped us wonderful, i would recommend him for anybody and everybody who is looking for a good allergy doctor with fast and best results.

One word about this facility and its staff unprofessional The receptionist along with the medical director and nurse were horrible I came in for my physical therapy treatment along with speech therapy After receiving my physical therapy treatment wasn't to bad I was directed after to meet with medical director by the nurses and receptionist Believe me when I tell you these people did not know what they were doing I mean just that I spent over an hour back and forth trying to have my evaluation for speech therapy which I never did on top of that I was seen by the medical director this old white man from Europe whom din't know what he was doing To make a long story short he was ignorant not to mention the receptionist and the nurses I would strongly advise the staff at Ahava medical get some thorough training one minute I was told to go upstairs to make an appointment downstairs etc to Latino heavyset women who was also receptionist were just as ignorant as the others security guard body all tattoo up looking like a gangster from hell Jewish kids couldn't be controlled they were violent They couldn't help themselves the staffs that worked there wasn't properly trained to handle the kids I don't believe the Jewish counselors were trained to handle the kids appropriately other wish the teenagers and the kids wouldn't been acting out Receptionist was to lazy to call the cab service s so I decided to 26 blocks to catch the train which was not necessary especially with my leg hurting the way it does and after receiving my treatment I'm still having problems with my wight leg pain the treatment I received apparently is not helping Horrible clinic no proper structure or professionalism and I'm a new patient and if I can see this in a matter of days everyone please be aware of this clinic

my experience in the Bedstuy facility was horrible. i took my three kids here looking for a DR. the medial assistant gave me the wrong heights for all my kids, took the son BP all wrong told me his blood pressure was so high when i got home and checked it was fine, i have a child with some medical problem that needed some serious attention, it was being ignored, while i was in the Dr room people was coming in without knocking and trying to conversation with the Dr they got my son and daughter DOB mixed up i was going to leave but i sat patiently, as i sat waiting for my kids to get blood work the "phlebotomist" was acting like an animal just slamming everything on the desk slamming the drawers, she then ask my daughter for her DOB it was incorrect again with my other daughter's DOB the phlebotomist is going to lie to me and tell me they have a patient outside with the same name and DOB i just told my daughter to get up and lets go. she was not going to take blood from my kids the way she was behaving. its such a shame its a very nice place but the workers does not pay attention to what they're doing.

Terrible experience, with a broken arm it was pretty difficult getting ready to begin with but myy appointment was canceled while I was in the waiting room in the rudest way. I wanted to see the orthopedic, Ajit, specifically and he simply didn’t want to deal with it even though I was on the schedule.

Great staff in the Williamsburg location, my son and I see the doctors their no problem, usually short wait time. Physical therapy staff needs to be re-evaluated some staff are disrespectful with attitude.l, but other than that their good!

My first visit to this facility was very different from any other facility that I've been to in Brooklyn and Queens. Being that I didn't have any insurance, and I was paying cash, I was afraid that I was going to be taken advantage of. To my surprise, their prices for the visit and my physical were very reasonable. The staff was very kind and they were very courteous and respectful. Between the girl at the front desk that was warm and welcoming, down to the medical assistant and the Asian doctor, I was beyond satisfied. And just for you to inform you, I have a fear of needles and I've never met a phlebotomist that made me feel as comfortable and took away my fears than that young lady with the glasses. She was very professional and she also had an outstanding personality. I would recommend this clinic to everyone I know.

My first visit at ahava was a hectic one. The staff was pretty rude on the first floor and looked very unorganized. I spoke to a guy named Jorge. The only one who seemed to know what was going on was him. He was extremely helpful and professional. If you need anything in there. Just ask for him.
