I had a lot of spasms in my upper back and decided to give physical therapy a try. At aqua they guided me through special exercises and stretches to help me get better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. What I liked a lot was that after I was finished with my treatment I was taught the things I can do at home everyday to prevent me from having this problem again.
