Spurred on by our desire to make a difference in the arena of pelvic floor physical therapy, we opened the doors to the first location of the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center (PHRC) in San Francisco in July 2006. Today, PHRC has five locations in San Francisco, Berkeley, Los Gatos, Los Angeles and Lexington, MA.

NO WAY--------> I started there after the birth of my 2nd child. Stephanie and Liz were amazing to me and took care of me a person, not a piece of one. They got me into a pain clinic, helped me through pregnancy #2 and beyond and teach all over. I cannot believe how much they have helped others master the art of pelvic health. I had some big issues which are not all gone, but they kept me stable and NEVER stopped trying. They also never gave up on ideas, or recommendations for other excellent and well trained PT's as I have moved twice since I left San Francisco in 2011. Your the best!
