Do not allow your family members to reside here under no circumstances. My sister was sent to King David for rehab and this place almost took her life. My sister was only there for 5 days before she had to be rushed via 911 emergency to Sinai Hospital, for profusely vomiting all day and night. Through many intense testing at Sinai to find out the cause of my sister’s upset, pain and vomiting stomach.... test results uncovered was Food Poisoning. After her recuperation period was over at Sinai, she was then transferred to a very nice and upscale facility. This rehab institution was equiped with appropriate staff, service, cleanliness and the food was amazing. Please, Do No Allow Your Family Members To Stay at King David.... Not Even For A Day!!!!!
