I've been using them for a couple of years and I'm still looking to find a catch! I've rented equipment before and there was always an "aha" moment where I found out why the service was too good to be true. It would either be in quality, or customer service, or hidden fees/hiked charges/outrageous deposits or just way out of budget. But I haven't had to worry about any of this with Aperturent! I could gush about their range of equipment and competitive prices all day; not only that, but they're constantly running awesome specials and offering extended rental periods. On top of that, their equipment is well maintained and I've never had any issue. Then, their customer service is top notch! I've talked to people via email, via website chat and in their Atlanta office and every single person treats me like I'm their only customer. Do yourself a favor and use them. They rock my socks and they'll probably rock yours too lol

Testing camera's to see which one I would like to move up too and with your company I'm able to shoot different camera's and lenses before buying...your company makes it easy and will be happy to use your group again...and again...the service and equipment has been just what I needed....thanks so much...

Hands down the best camera rental store in America!!! I've been a dedicated customers for over 5 years and shot over 300 music videos with their camera equipment. Everybody is so friendly at Aperturent and always willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Even when I have super annoying last minute request (which I do, about every 2 weeks lol) they always come through for me. #GTFilms

I'm a novice photographer, but the staff told me exactly what gear I needed to rent once I described the particulars of my job. The results were spectacular! I've since become a repeat customer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended!

At the last moment before a trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon I realized I wanted to rent a Go Pro. Found Aperturent was near by and I had an order in and filled in 45 minutes. Picked it up an hour later and I was off. Got some awesome videos and posted on YouTube. Brought the camera back and before I got on the elevator to leave I had a confirmation message that my rental was complete. They've got a good beat and they are easy to dance to. I give them a 99. (you have to be a child of the '60s to know what that means.) :-)

Aperturent is the BEST! They always have any photography equipment that I have needed over the years and I am a loyal supporting customer!
