Tried apex service after buying a new used bike and was not impressed. Brought it in for some recall stuff and figured what the heck do a tune up too. First of all if that's what you call a clean chain then your standards are pretty low. Took off cover for front sprocket and that was not even address in the chain maintenance. Second invoice says checked air filter and it was good. Well I checked it when I got home it was pretty dirty and covered in fuel. I have to address the fuel on the filter now I guess myself. I asked for a fuel flush so not sure if that's where the fuel came from probably spilled and no one thought to check is what I'm hoping for. There were cobb webs over the screws of the air box so I don't think the filter was even checked. Charged me 500 for that tune up and not sure what was really even done. I second guess if the recall stuff was handled and I don't like the feeling. One of them was pretty significant and if not taking care of could cause big problems. Wonder if I have to take it somewhere else now just to have that double checked :( I have spent alot of money there between service and gear / parts. Not sure I will be coming back might have to try my luck somewhere else for maintenance I need that I don't do myself. Such a nice store and the staff was friendly so that is the reason for two stars. Edit: Upgraded stars. I appreciate the reach out and call from the sevice department. Means something that they seem to care about customer feedback. I will look to see what happens at my next service and rate again at that time.

A great sales staff and no pressure sales men, we came in several times and finally decided to buy. We worked with Lance and he was wonderful, he answered all our questions and greeted us with a smile every time!! This place is fantastic, they have our business from now on and the prices are very fair.

The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. I bought a new bike & was out of there & riding in under an hour. When I also bought some gear & armor the staff showed me how to do it & put the armor in for me.

Decent selection of motorcycles! They actually worked on my 2014 Hayabusa putting a new rear tire on and doing a oil change. I’d definitely recommend and go back! Just don’t have a motorcycle anymore... 😭

By far the worst customer service experience today! My husband and I did our homework on this place. All positive comments great reviews. We walked in ready to purchase 2 ATVS. The larger gentleman that never introduced himself was stand offish from the get. Seemed upset that 1) had questions 2) had a print out of ATVS we had printed out. He did not care to explain the reasoning behind why certain ATVS were not permitted for certain ages simply stated “I have a job to do and secret shoppers come in here all the time I’ll be fined” this being our first interaction we decided to take our business elsewhere! Thank goodness for Rocky Mountain Motors! We were welcomed with a smile they were able to NICELY and PROFESSIONALLY answer all of our questions (actually allowed us to ask and speak) without judgements. Listened to our wants, needs and concerns about getting 2 ATVS for our kiddos. Thanks to their professionalism we were able to purchase 2 brand new ATVS for our family. I would never recommend APEX based on our first experience and interaction with your unprofessional salesman who truly lacks basic customer service skills and basic interpersonal skills. First impressions are always the lasting ones!
