Best bike shop in Austin. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They will let you know what is best for your bike and your needs/budget. I trust their workmanship above most shops in Austin. I have a custom rear wheel, still rolling strong after 4 years, built at empire. I had them replace my bottom bracket recently. They did it for a very reasonable price. Oh ya, and if you aren’t in Austin, I recommend to mail order from Empire. Very good selection with very competitive prices.
Empire is awesome! The owners are beyond knowledgeable and always friendly. Don't forget to get some cool swag.

Ordered a 22" WTP and received an email the next day that they were out of stock but expected them in the next few days. Not a big deal but I was hoping to have the bike for a trip I was taking the following Friday. I let the guys at Empire know this and they were able to make things happen and I had the bike Thursday!! What impressed me most was their communication. Thanks for allaof your help gand I'll be ordering another bike for my son soon from you guys.
