Never will I ever do business at this business again.unprofessional and poor management and communication as I type this standing outside there facility for the 4th time on a failed attempt to have my window motors they agreed to and promise to install during the signing of my car.i was told it would be a week later it’s been 2 months now and they have scheduled me 3 botched appointments and not once has anyone known what was goIng on and keep getting told the mechanic is on vacation.i wrote this as I stand outside there building for the 4th attempt,my appointment was at 10,the business sign says they open at 930 and it’s 1020 and still nobody is here.HORRIBLE prolonged over and over and still continue to fall terribly short on there in.missed work drove 1.5 every trip just to be stood up
Good luck with this place, they post a thousand times a day in facebook marketplace, so I drove an hour to get there to look at a truck they already sold. The guy kept looking around at everything else while I was asking about a vehicle. He acted like he would rather be somewhere else. He told me to text or call him about trading in my truck which I did and he never responded to me. I then found a truck they had posted on facebook that I was interested in, so i sent him a message and he marked it sold 15 minutes later. They pick and choose who they do business with. My money isn't good there I guess. I will also be filing with the BBB, and whomever else I can think of. This place sucks. I don't trust regular used car lots but this one takes the cake. Stay away. 7/6/18 you commented that you take vehicles down, whatever ok I'll give you that. You still didn't comment on the fact that the salesman was rude and acted like he could care less if he helped me or the fact that he never even called me back, and still hasn't.
Very poor experience. Found several trucks on their website interested in purchasing. Drove there a little over 3 hours from Alabama. Pulled in to lot walked around looking at several trucks for about 15 minutes. We never had anyone come out to talk to us not until we got in our car to leave. If this is their way of selling vehicles they won't stay in business long. I would not waste my time.
They have great deals on trucks.am goin back.
