This past week's experience was typical... prompt, courteous, trustworthy service, done correctly and completely... no oil smudges, tires at the right pressure, washed... in short, it looks and feels like new when I leave. Fairly priced and always on time.

Greated by a young lady who seemed kind, I explained my situation and once she got the understanding I am quite some time out on purchasing I was dismissed. I was instructed to just look around , all the vehicles are open. After looking around I saw she was already with another customer. I went to Denver and ended up purchasing a new A4. I love the brand and am very happy with my purchase.

As usual, I was not disappointed in the awesome care Brian Dorecy from Phil Long Audi Service showed me. Brian was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and detailed. He kept me up to date on the status of my car. Love my Audi SQ5. Next time we need a new car, we will be right back there. In today's world it is nice to deal with a person that is pleasant and helpful.

Brian Did an awesome job on Saturday. Even thou it was crazy trying to get to the service department. Shawn and him took care of everything very well. There was a lot stress that morning. Brian is always a joy to work with. A great asset to Audi and the service department. He always makes it stress free when I go there. Thanks for everything, Brian

Outstanding service and hospitality. Service manager went out of his way to ensure I had what I needed. Recall work was performed expeditiously and car was cleaned when complete. Waiting area is comfortable with snacks and drinks available at no charge. I was also offered an Uber round trip to anywhere if I did not want to wait there.

Super pleased with the work that the service crew does at the Audi dealership. I went in for a 95k checkup, I knew everything that was being serviced ahead of time and how long it would take. I was sent a video clip of the service halfway through. I feel confident that I got a fair price on all the work and suggested work. I will be going back.

Audi of Colorado Springs is the only car service I trust my A6 with. They do excellent work, on time (actually completed the service sooner than promised), and washed and vacuumed my car! The service rep, Sean, was super friendly and easy to talk with. He made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Great job, Team Audi!!

I’m the proud owner of a 2013 S4. Unfortunately the car developed the notorious gearbox issues. Justin in the service department got me scheduled for my appointment swiftly and professionally. Even arranged for a nice Q7 loaner for me and my family. Also received contestant phone updated on the process. New transmission was installed in a week, they also took care of dealing with my extended warranty company. Will definitely be back not only for service, but for future vehicle purchases!!!!

I appreciated the friendly service and answers to my questions. I especially liked the video recap of the service to my car and the informative itemization of the condition of everything checked in the car. It is hard to remember all this information when it is just given verbally. Now I have something I can refer back to.
