I am great at researching and spent almost two months searching for a used vehicle after totaling my old beloved Mazda. I utilized Car Gurus, Consumer Reports Best Used Cars issue, and Albuquerque the Magazine's 2018 Best of.... issue to find a reputable dealer I could trust. I visited the No. 1 used car dealer in Albuquerque (according to the magazine) and did not have a positive experience. I visited the used car dealer with the most inventory and was overwhelmed with the process and found the prices to be higher often than Consumer Reports' price range. I also went to several other dealers in the city, but was unable to find one of the vehicles I was looking for and a deal I was comfortable making. Exhausted and a bit discouraged, I walked into Auto Solution (noted second in the Best of... issue in 2018's Albuquerque the Magazine). I must say, I disagree with the magazine's rating. Auto Solution should be rated as the BEST used car dealer in the city. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone (Paul, Justin, Raelynn, Jenna, Baxter, and Bela) from the second I walked in the door, and despite having some challenges where financing was concerned, Paul found me a great Subaru Forrester at the low end of Consumer Reports price range for that year and model, and he kept the monthly payment where I needed it to be. He also located a Mazda, and two Hondas that met my criteria. After years of loving a Mazda, I am now also a Subaru fan and definitely a fan of Auto Solution. Service after the sale has been fabulous as well. I needed an alteration made to the interior (big feet and old injury) and it's being done as I write this. I look forward to a long relationship with Auto Solution, would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle, and feel great about purchasing my vehicle from a local small business. I highly recommend Auto Solution on Alameda just west of the exit on I-25 to anyone looking for personalized service, and a great deal. No cubicles in this salesroom!

This place is great! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. You will get all the information about a car before you buy it and they are very transparent. Highly recommend! They also have a great selection!

If you’re in the market for a nice used car THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. We had been shopping for a truck for over 3 Week’s. We had been dealing with dealerships in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. We were leaving Albuquerque and getting ready to go back home to Santa Fe. We stopped by Auto Solutions, they were getting ready to close. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The purchase of the truck was smooth, friendly, efficient, and very professional. The quality of the trucks were very impressive and clean. The financial department was very informative. Very impressed and thankful for Paul Craddick ( the owner), and his entire staff for making this experience pleasant. Found a car on AutoTrader. I called the dealership and the lady who answered the phone confirmed the car was there and said a salesman would meet me. I walked in, she called my by name and introduced me to my first salesman. Poor guy was sick and said he didn't want to risk handing it off to me, so he got another salesman, Mike Ramirez. Mike was super cool. We took a good test drive and he got done what we needed. We made a deal we are both happy with. I got a great little car at a good price. We're very happy with our purchase.
