Can someone...anyone get back in contact with me! My car has been there for almost 1 month. I’ve been in a loaner for 1 month. I am still waiting for answers. This is ridiculous. I spoke with the director of sales when I had my car serviced I couldn’t even make it home and had to be towed back to the dealership. This was 2 weeks after they had my car. He said he wanted to test drive my car and would contact me back in 2 days...that was over a week ago. I strongly feel your customer service has dropped tremendously. I have always had my car serviced by you. This is terrible. If I could have given you a negative rating I would. I contacted a manager today for answers and still nothing. Maybe I need to seek legal action. I’m under the impression they are trying to get me into a new car.

My service rep, Rocky, is very helpful; clear on all details. I hope he stays at Honda - I was growing tired of reps leaving after I was able to place my trust in them. I trust and rely on Rocky. I observe some of the other reps and I'm glad they're not mine. Just being truthful. A knowledgeable, trustworthy serve rep will keep your customers coming back.

Overall extremely satisfied, Felt comfortable the moment we walked into the dealership. Elias the sales agent was super informative and welcoming. Offered a test drive , Once done Vlad one of the supervisors was involved as well asking the right questions and being super professional and non pushy. Elias and Vlad did their best to provide us with the right lease deal. Issac from finance did as well when we signed the contract. Highly recommended. Check out Elias he’s great.

Fernando has always taken care of my cars purchased at Auto Nation Honda. He is always respectful and explains the details clearly and precisely. During my wait time he came to me several times to assure the work is being done and provided me with a timeframe of the advances. I did not feel the three hours spent there as being hard it was okay. Won't tell someone else to do it but I did and no complaints.

I recently financed a Honda at this location. A gentleman named Nelson was extremely helpful and helped me find a car in my price range. Nelson went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the car I was getting. Couldn’t ask for more. -John A
