I just purchased 2 Bentleys elsewhere that had service records on the history reports from this dealership. I was curious about the records and called and spoke to Margie. She was extremely helpful and spoke to me for probably 20 minutes walking me through the records. Thank you very much!

Love getting my car serviced here but hate the drive. Top notch mechanics that really know what they are doing. Donnie in parts is always the best at finding what I need at a good price and Suzanne in service is very responsive and professional. They do have loaners, Bentaygas, but were pulled because of mileage to be auctioned on the day I was there. I did have a run-in with the coffee machine, broken, but Suzanne was kind enough to get me a coffee out of the employee break room.

I wanted to trade on a newer bentley. I have never been more insulted on a deal. They wanted full retail for a car they bought at auction( and based on carfax, they have been working on it every month since they bought it) and offered over $10,000 less than auction sales for mine. My car has full documents of all service and up to date. Looking elsewhere for a car and dealer I can trust. I finally worked out a deal on a certified convertible. Always test drive the car. I thought that a CERTIFIED car ment that they went thru it and fixed anything wrong. BOY WAS I WRONG. After the deal was done, I started to drive home and hit the interstate, To my surprise the car had a vibration that would shake your teeth out. I called back to find out the car had 3 bent wheels and they did not do the certification, but charged me the $ 5,000.00 for the certification. I brought it back the following week and they tried to straighten out the wheels. It helped but the steering wheel still shook . I live out of town and this is a pain to leave work and drive it down. I brought it back for service and called Sid to have it fixed the right way. He was very nice and got with service. They replaced 2 of the wheels and a new battery. But they told me I need 2 new tires and charged me for them. When I bought the car I asked about the tires and was told they were good. I guess that was something else that was missed by them. Car still has a vibration, they should have changed out the 3rd wheel. I guess if I want a smooth riding car, I will have to purchase the wheel myself. I have talked to another dealer and he told me certified or not, he would never have let a Bentley with 3 bent wheels be sold on his lot.

Suzanne is service is a doll. I ordered keys and needed them asap. She called me within 3 days with the new keys. She then orchestrated with the tech to stay a little later in order to program my vehicle. She really has given me top notch service!
