Multiple times I've given them a chance. And they have done nothing but disappoint me again and again. My bike was worse after I took it for a repair. I had to take my bike to another shop for them to fix what they had broke. What a waste of my time and money.

The service department here is killing the game and has my loyalty. Adam is especially helpful. I've bought two bikes from here and they've always taken care of me when I need some work done.

Awesome service, everyone seemed happy to help and answered all questions. Hank helped me get the right size of bike with no pressure. Great selection of bikes, accessories and apparel!

Went in for a flat tire. Got a new one installed while I waited (less than an hour) and they also noticed my derailleur hanger was loose and tightened it up no charge. Great service!

Decent shop. Went in to have a flat fixed, they put in a new valve stem and I paid for the service happy to be fixed. Had a flat shortly after, turns out I just needed a tube. Diagnosed, fixed, and charged for a non-existent issue that cost just as much as a new tube. But, the service department seemed kind enough.

In searching for a new bicycle, I went to many local bike shops in Boulder. The assistance I have received at Bocycle Village really impressed me. From upgrading my helmet, finding new kit, all the way to buying a new roadie, the staff were friendly and helpful at every step. There is a lot of small business feel to what I know to be a larger local company, and many of the staff now recognize me from my increasingly frequent visits.

I brought in my Juiced eBike to get a spoke replaced which I also brought with me. The service tech destroyed a $200 torque/cadence sensor that did not need to be removed in order to change the spoke. The shop manager said the tech said "it came in that way", which was a complete lie as it was un-rideable and I had ridden it immediately prior to bringing it in. They tried to fix the damaged sensor but would accept no responsibility. I bought a replacement part from Juiced and installed it myself, everything works now. Never going back.

As a newb, took my bike in to get a flat fixed. He scoffed that I did not know how to do it and showed me how. Once I got to pay for the tire, I found out he charged me for changing it ( which is ok) but also charged me a lesson fee. None of this was agreed upon ahead of time. And his superior attitude was very annoying. I’ve since spent thousands of dollars elsewhere, going out of my way to not go there. It is a money making factory, not a bike shop.

Don`t waste your time and money. There is so many good places in Boulder. I gave them two chances, never fix my bikes on time and always double my price. But last time they try to charge me $150 for fixing my son`s bike, well I went to REI and pay $22. I will never go back to this store!!

The staff is pretty nice but they care just about your money - also it took forever before they were done with the bike service - I came back 3 days after my bike should have been fixed and they said it still wasn’t done and weren’t sure when it was going to be... so needed to go back couple days later again ... what a surprise that they installed an extra part on my bike without letting me know so it was way more expensive than it supposed to be. No discount even though I bought the bike there. Do not waste you time and money there, there are way better bike shops around boulder
