I recently purchased a 2019 540i from BMW of Catonsville. From the get go I knew which car I wanted. I showed interest online and in a matter of minutes I received a phone call from Kevin to schedule a test drive. I did not wake up that morning with the intent to buy a new vehicle, just to check it out. After the test drive, Kevin took me in and gave me an offer on my car for a trade in. It was hard to let my car go, but it was too good to pass up. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Sam also helped out to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Even after everything was said and done, Kevin took the time to show me the basics of my new car. I was out of there in no time. I would highly recommend this team. Very professional and down to earth.

Working with BMW of Catonsville was a painless car buying experience. Before I even got to the dealership I saw the car I was looking for was fairly priced. My salesman was Kevin. He helped me schedule my test drive via text and was quick to respond to inquiries. When I arrived for my appointment Kevin was ready to go, he grabbed my information, had my car off to appraisal, and we were on the road within 10 minutes. After the test drive he stopped by his managers office to get the appraisal on my trade and met me back at his desk within a minute or two. The trade value was in the ballpark of other appraisals I had received, I asked if it could be matched to another appraisal and he immediately said yes and the deal was done. From walking in the door to getting to the finance office was about one hour all said and done. I've sat around other dealerships while the salesman plays the "let me talk to my manager" game for longer than that. The finance guy, Hassan, was great as well. There was some oddities with my trade but he was able to help navigate it and get everything taken care of. I had my own financing lined up and he didn't try to push other financing on me at all. He asked one time if I wanted to buy any of the dealer offered extended warranties/protection plans/etc., after I declined they were never mentioned again. This was one of my top 3 car buying experiences and would gladly recommend BMW of Catonsville to any friends or family looking for a vehicle.

I had by far my best car buying experience ever at BMW of Catonsville. Kory was my sales person and he was excellent, he gave me time to make decisions, he sensed when I needed space, and when I needed him to really help me. Brittany was my service rep and she too did a fabulous job helping me. I never thought I would get a BMW, I never understood what all the fuss was about, however after experiencing the superb level of customer service that I got I now understand. Plus I love my new i3!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car. I thought the process was going to be long and exhausting, however, Abe was very helpful in narrowing down the choices to exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions, sometimes twice when my family kept asking what he already answered... :) thanks for being patient with us. Sam was also very helpful when it came to financing. Love my car and I have everyone, especially Abe and Sam, to thank for! Thanks!

BMW Service Experience I had to drop off my car this morning for some service, got there early, was second in line. I noticed the line of X3s all lined up on the outbound lane in their garage. This was the loaner vehicle being provided today. Once the garage door raised and we were allowed to enter, it was like a pit crew in movement. The BMW Catonsville team received the customers quickly, took our key fobs and extracted the data needed. My representative, Jamie escorted me to her work station and we started on my paperwork. She explained to me what was being done to my vehicle. She was helpful enough to explain to me that Inspection 1s and Inspection 2s were not done anymore (old school), at least for my vehicle's model year. I was in and out the door with my complimentary loaner vehicle in roughly 20 minutes, very efficient I must say. So now the pick up, I picked up my car after work. Jamie was still there and she explained my bill and the recommendations they had. Unfortunately I had to wait 35 minutes for my car, not sure why but, oh well. I do want to say this was the second time I had a fairly long wait to pick up my car. Besides this my experience here at BMW Catonsville was incredible. Thank you Team BMW Catonsville
