Terrible customer service. I was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes just to schedule an oil change. Hire more people Bob. The gal says she's the only one working in scheduling. Update: Bob called to apologize. I appreciated that because it tells me he cares about his customers and makes me confident that he is on top of the situation.

I had a tricky case and I wasn't disappointed with how hard Adam worked for me to get my new car. We worked hard for about week to get me an amazing deal on my new car. Adam, thank you so much! I bought my first car of my very own yesterday and the team at Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi was extremely helpful and so kind to me! They walked me through all the steps and contracts carefully to make sure I understood everything, it being my first rodeo! I would highly recommend this group if you’re looking for an awesome experience. Shout out to Adam Torres and Corrina Couchman for all your help, you two rock! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars, was how long the process took.

These guys are sure to make folks feel comfortable here. We stopped in to get a closer look at a used car we had seen online. There was zero pressure, just real talk right from the beginning. We felt comfortable enough to joke around with the sales/finance team. We were allowed to take a test drive by ourselves. Financing was super easy, too! We signed papers & were happy customers in less than 2 hours! I definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here!

This has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car. They are a small dealership that cares about customer service. Everybody from the management sales department to service department has been absolutely great. They will go out of their way to make the car right to make you happy to do whatever it takes to provide good service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a car and the car is a good car I enjoy the car it's wonderful. They recognize you when you walk into their showroom floor they always have a smile on their face and they're always happy to talk to you. Thank you to everyone there it has been a real pleasure.

Back in early April 2019 I purchased a used F150 from Adam T. and Pat M. Needless to say, this was one of, if not the best automotive purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, they let me take as much time as I wanted with the vehicle, they were totally transparent, and gave me a great deal for my trade. They even got all my DMV paper done in such a timely fashion that I got my registration card about 30 days after my purchase. Great job Adam and Pat! R, Chris

I wanted to share our first experience buying a vehicle with Bob Penkhus. The salesman Ethan was great accross the board, he made everything easy and was open and upfront about the vehicle. I've bought from a few different dealerships in town and have never been made to feel as welcome as I was at this Dealership. I want to thank Ethan and the Finance Manager for making this a comfortable buying experience. We will be back soon to look at trading in our other car and rest assured I'm letting my friends know where to go if they need a vehicle.
