New Volvo owner here and it was my first time getting service at the dealership. Phenomenal experience. Accommodating even though I was late for my appointment. Told me what to expect in terms of turnaround time. Liked that I was given a free Uber home when I got tired of waiting. Waiting area is gorgeous and comfortable. Customer service associates and service tech were courteous, helpful, and friendly.

I just bought a XC 60 SUV from Michael Russell at Boston Volvo Cars and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Never did i think purchasing a car could be this straight forward. Michael was on the ball, responsive and over great person. I strongly recommend working with Michael and Boston Volvo.

I'd like to share the awesome customer service I got at Boston Volvo. This was the second vehicle I've purchased from them, and will continue to come back. Michael Russell was outstanding and went above and beyond throughout the sales process, and Phil Jenkins and the entire team are all stand-up guys that anyone would enjoy doing business with. Part of the reason I came back to them again was all the customer service experiences I've had in the 7 years since my last purchase, and the experience over the past few weeks only further solidifies that.

The service department treated me incredibly well throughout the entire process, even after I declined repairs on my very old Volvo. They were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd happily bring my next Volvo here for service.

I was absolutely impressed with our buying experience at Boston Volvo. From the very first point of contact through finalizing the purchase, every single person there was kind, helpful, and honest. No pushy sales and they were incredibly patient with our questions. Dante and Marcel were especially wonderful. Highly recommend Boston Volvo and we'll certainly shop there first for any future cars. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was recently looking for a very specific car and I happened to find one at Boston Volvo. I inquired on Sunday afternoon and with a few hours left until closing, I received a text message to see if I wanted to go test drive the car that same evening. 30 minutes later when I arrived, Kyle was there to greet me with the car ready to go on the test drive! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Although I did not purchase the car from Boston Volvo; having shopped around the past few weeks, Kyle was and still is hands down, the best sales rep I have dealt with recently. Cheers to Boston Volvo on the training and hiring.

The new building is very nice with some rugged class coming from it's old roots. The service staff were all helpful and very nice. I had a scheduled service during which they found a defective drive belt. They fixed everything they found, did the tweaks the I asked, and did the maintenance all under warranty and in just about 4 hrs. Not too bad seeing how busy they were. Extra perk that they have coffee, muffins, and snacks for customers waiting for service
