Quality work done in a timely manner. The parking lot and entrance sure could use some repairs as they are in very poor condition.

Needed my Nikon D5300 repaired. Problem was power supply and swivel glass repair. Glue on swivel glass came didn't hold. Turned it to the inside and used for a year with viewfinder only while researching to try to decide where to get repaired and then it wouldn't power on so I had to find a shop. Made several phone calls prior to mailing off to make sure I chose the shop well. So I mailed it off Aug 11. The next week they called with initial estimate of $263 to which I agreed. Repairs were made and still wouldn't power on so they called to ask for additional $90 for another part. I commented when they called that I guess I had no choice because otherwise I spent $263 to get back a camera that still wouldn't power on and the guy on the phone agreed. I called back a week later to ask status and they said they thought they had the part in stock but was wrong and had to order. Part still hadn't arrived. I had another conversation about being unhappy to spend so much on a used camera that I could have spent a little more and got a new body. The girl told me I did have a choice and could refuse. They would have put camera back in original condition and refunded my original payment. She said that was their policy. I asked to do that and then was told she was wrong and that after they ordered that last part it was nonrefundable. I told her I didn't understand because she initially told me she thought they had one in stock. If they stocked the part, why was it nonrefundable just because they had to order it? She didn't have a clear answer. Finally, last Thursday 8/31, I called again to check status. Was told it would be repaired and put in mail that day. Called again 9/7 to check on status and was told it was mailed 9/6. I asked for and was given a tracking number and it should finally be delivered on 9/8. I did receive a $30 discount on the last repair for my trouble for which I am grateful, but I am still a very unhappy customer.

I ship all my cameras for maintenance here all the way from New Jersey. Have been a customer for 3 years. These people are fast, reliable, and they know their stuff. I don't let anyone else work on my cameras. By the way if you are a pro and you need sensor cleaning regularly, try their package of six. It is a good deal and they turn your camera around same day. Whether you need service for a Nikon D3100, D810 or a D5, these are your guys.

CSC is by far the best camera repair shop around...I have been a loyal customer for 35+ years. Their level of expertise is bar none they "Know" what they are doing without any excesses... I hope I retire before Park does...Understand if you use them.... not to expect 24 hour turn around or a glitzy showroom CSC is and Old School Shop (Like it should be) that is dedicated to getting it Right over anything else....

Probably one of the last camera shops in the Atlanta area. They are really helpful and do great quick work. Also one of the very few last Nikon Certified Repair centers.

I sent my camera to these techs to fix a mic port on my d500 which is a high end camera. They ensured we me that they could fix it and that it would be roughly around $240 dollars to get it done. After having my camera for two and a half days I decided to call them just to check on things, they then told me after checking into the camera they were not able to fix it because they don’t work on cameras of this body style. This was right after they asked for a payment to get to work on fixing the camera. Do yourself a favor send your camera in to the Original dealer I’m sending mine back to NIKON.

I came in with a 1980-ish polaroid camera that I found at a thrift store and was looking to get some service. I was prepared to pay a few bucks since I got the camera for almost nothing. But after looking at my camera they said it looks like its in good condition and should work just fine....now they could of charged me and I wouldn't known the difference since I know nothing about camera...but they did not.....not only that they give me the name of a competitor in Dunwoody where I could pick up film....wow...no wonder these guys have been in business since FDR was president.....outstanding service! highly recommend them! thanks guys...
