Cody was great...very helpful with the purchase of my new car!! No negative feedback except for his accumulation of Steeler pens ..... I believe the longer he stays in Title town the more Patriot pens he will acquire. Luckily, we signed the docs with the 1 Patriot pen he had, I believe this directly impacted the results of the Superbowl. Thanks for that Cody! After our pleasant experience with Cody we met with Justin for the finance and P&S part of the deal. He was very knowledgable and accommodating. I had an issue with my title and he made it very simple and worked it all out. Both these guys deserve a raise! Very satisfied with my experience, I've bought cars here before and I intend to keep buying cars from here. Oh, and I love my car too!! Thanks guys! See you at my first free oil change!

Buying a car here was so easy and efficient. I went in on Sunday and had my car by Tuesday. My dealer Nathan was so nice and made the process stress free since I was doing this all on my own. They eased all my worries and guaranteed that I would have the car that I wanted. I brought in my Jeep for a complementary oil change and also mentioned that my tire pressure light kept coming on. The man who helped me barely spoke and when the service was done he handed me a couple pieces of paper which listed the service done and then walked away without a single word. I had to track down someone else who said they checked the tire pressure and said everything checked out fine. The tire pressure warning is still not fixed. Would not recommend anyone purchase service at this dealership.

Jeremy was a gem! He was patient, kind, and effective! Everyone at this dealership is so friendly and welcoming which makes the car buying process that much better! I was a previous customer of Quirk's and I can confidently say that Central is better in many ways--they actually care about their customers. Make sure to stop by Central on your car-shopping list and ask for Jeremy! Also, the ladies and gentlemen behind the service desk went above and beyond for a flat. I was put off by Quirk's service garage and these guys took me in same day, and even covered a ripped wiper blade. I was completely taken aback by the kindness and effort. Georges Alagh is not your typical car sales person - he went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I've leased Nissan's for years. When it came time to turn my Nissan in, their team were really hard to deal with. I happened to drive by Jeep in Norwood and just popped in to see what was available - it was during a snow storm so the cars were all out back put away. Tony O was the sales rep that offered to help me and he went out of his way from the second I walked in the door. He took us out back to find a few versions of the Cherokee I was looking at, in the middle of the storm! He listened to me and understand what I was looking for with price and features and did everything he could to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with and within my budget. The process was super easy and very quick. I picked up my new Jeep this morning and again, a super quick pick up process. He was great to work with and I'm looking forward to working with them moving forward. Thank you, Tony!

Everyone at this dealership has always been accommodating and helpful. They always go the extra mile to get things done for whoever they’re dealing with. I’ve had issues getting things going at other dealerships, and central has never failed me! This time dealing with Tony O. Was great. Very nice guy, does not ever force anything and allows you to have your space. I highly recommend this dealership and I will be buying my next vehicle through them.
