I have bought several cars from Patrick Amoriello and quite honestly he is the only car sales person I have ever not only trusted but grown to love and appreciate as a great human being. I would travel from afar to buy a car from Patrick because he is someone who can be trusted, and that is a rare thing in this world. He truly cares about people and although I have called upon him for assistance an embarrassing number of times, he is always kind above all else. He deserves all of the prosperity life has to offer. I highly recommend him. I will go as far as to say, I don't believe you will ever find a better, more honest person to purchase a car from and I truly hope many people see this review and heed my advice. Patrick, I hope you see this review and know how much you are appreciated and that you have truly touched the heart of this lifetime customer of yours! The 5 Stars are for Patrick!

In December while driving my 2014 Sonata it stalled and the engine locked. Several months prior I received a notice from Hyundai saying that if you ever experienced this problem to take it to the dealership immediately because there is defective bearing inside the engine. They also said that they would replace the engine at no charge to the customer if they found that to be the problem. I had the car towed to Coconut Creek Hyundai. This is where my problem really started. The first thing the service representative told me is that there was a rat in my engine and the rat probably chewed my wires and that could be the cause of my problems. He sent me some picture of my engine with something that look like cotton inside the engine. The second thing he told me was that because my car had been in and accident that they probably wouldn’t cover it. He also said that my radiator was crooked and that was probably the reason why I overheated and I would need to replace my A/C condenser and radiator at $1000. Here’s my problem. 1st I was never in an accident. 2nd I’ve never overheated and didnt need a new radiator or A/C condenser and 3rd There were no wires chewed if there was really even a rat in my engine. After a week of arguing with the service rep over this nonsense, he said, “Well if we do a diagnostics check on your car and discover that it is not covered then we will be charging you $285 for the check.” He then said, “Are you willing to pay that.” I said yes. A week later after several phone calls accusing me being in an accident, they finally approved it. 1 month later he calls me and tells me that the new engine if finally in but before they install it I need to buy a new timing belt because mine was missing. Not sure how I was driving my car without a belt but I agreed to buy one to be done with them and get my car back. He tells me that the cost for a new belt was $160. Well I called another Hyundai dealership and they told me that belt was only $67. I called my rep back and told him that I called another dealership. He said, “oh yeah. Well I was charging you half price for installation.” I said why would you charge me installation if you removed my entire engine and have to put it all back. He said, “Yeah I guess.” We’ll I finally got my car back after dealing with this rep for a month trying to nickel and dime me. I ended up paying $100. $67 for belt plus tax and disposal fee of the invisible belt. Glad to have my car back and never ever will I go to that dealership again.

What I liked about my experience was that I was treated like family. I was attended to in a timely manner. I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. Russell Scarlata was absolutely awesome! The other employees were courteous and friendly adding to my experience there.

It was a little bit of a wait but well worth it. It was the best experience that I have had with a dealership. Very friendly and willing to work with you at all costs. They do whatever it takes to get you in what will make you happy at the best rate possible for you to get you in a vehicle. Took off 2 stars because their customer service will not work with you in time of need and you are misinformed with processes and important information.

Worst dealership ever! Their prices are so high, they think everyone is rich. Not only that their cars are over priced but they charge a high dealer fee on top of that. I'd buy from any other Hyundai except there. Don't waste your time guys. I

This was and is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. It makes no sense how they can claim "award winning customer service" with the experience I had. First off, they told me the price of a car and then when I showed up they proceeded to tell me the "online guy" misquoted me. Then AJ Hasty (sales manager) promised me X,Y and Z and then once he sold the car to me he did not follow through with any of his promises. I felt that when negotiating the sale, I could take his word on the fact that they would have the car cleaned and some minor scratches on the interior repaired. It has been 6 months from the time I have purchased my car and these promises have not been fulfilled. I have spoken with AJ several times (when he decides to respond) and he continues to tell me that the weather mats that were promised to me are not in and the replacement to the push start cover (which was scratched) is still not in. 6 months.... and still, I am being told that these items are still not in. AJ has now not responded to me in 2 weeks when "it will be in on Monday". Once they sell you the car you are nothing to them. It is almost as if they do not care about their customers once they complete a sale. I highly recommend to NEVER go here... even for services which is a whole other story in itself. I would give them less than a 0 rating if possible. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this location. I could go on all day of all the issues I have had. The biggest problem is the fact that I can't even speak with someone to resolve these issues.

Called for new Hyundai Sales and believe it or not I got a voicemail that said you are calling the appointment line for service. That happened twice in a row. We called back and spoke to the receptionist "CARLOS". Not only was he rude, he was hard to understand. His English is weak. They lost a sale. THANKS CARLOS.

Decent experience and I love my car, but the amount of time it takes to get thru finance is very long. I wish there was a better system. Still would recommend them because I think that’s the entire car business

I have been a customer with this dealership for 12 years, I've purchased and leased several vehicles, I've recommended several people to do business with them as well. I have a brand new 2018 elantra, has not been in an accident, has not been hit in any way, no damage to the vehicle at all, has been serviced through Hyundai at this location. In October I was driving down the expressway and my rear bumper popped off! As I pulled off to the shoulder of the expressway it popped off 75%. I brought it into the Hyundai service department right away for them to fix it, the vehicle is 10 months old and still under warranty! BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. This is literally a bumper issue, they told me that day they will get back to me on the bumper issue. After 2 weeks of no response I reached out every week, always a voicemail, I left multiple messages and no call back. They completely ignored me. The last week of December I finally got a call back stating that they never heard of a bumper just popping off so they will not do anything! So much for warranty! It's an absolute joke! Obviously the bumper was not installed correctly for it to pop off, it is Hyundai's responsibility to fix it especially under WARRANTY!
