First thing that the sales person said when I inquired about the certain vehicle is how they are all rare. How they only have 2 in entire tri county area. So if I want to buy they might not even be available. But... If I make it worth their while... So we already started with "used car salesman" BS. Great. Then they explained how they can not do the test drive. Because, no one who wants to buy the car will buy it if it has 30 miles on the clock. I can sit in one and if I like it they can run my credit and maybe let me buy it. But I can't drive the car. I have a tip for Lincoln of Coconut Creek: if you expect people to dump over 100K on one of your vehicles, you should let them test drive it before. You know, cause it is a decent thing to do when asking from your potential customers to drop as much money on the car as they would for the house in the area. Anyway, long story (not that) short is that they are sleazy, old fashioned, and disrespectful. These types of shenanigans do not happen at Lexus, Mercedes, or BMW. Buy here if this type of behavior does not bother you.
Great Service from Miriam! Came in for an oil change, realized I needed some additional service. Was given a loan car and Lincoln took care of the other work and service! Great communication and very happy that I choose this dealership for my purchase! Great people :)
