First day of school, our instructor was rude, odious, and inpatient! Had a few of my classmates in tears! Why is she teaching? Still waiting for someone to return my call from admissions about our first day experience!

I haven't heard from anybody so far and it's going on a month. When I call to see what's going on I get no answers. Plus the person who I do speak to is rude. I'm better off going to UNLV. This school is not legit.

EXCELLENT CATERING experience. Delicious Soul Food menu cooked in a very healthy method. Baked catfish & chicken tasted like fried. Sweet potato pie; peach cobbler; collard-turnip greens (no pork); Mac & cheese (BEST I ever had); baked ham; green beans + potatoes; green salad; potato salad. ALL of it as good as your Mama's cooking. Very reasonable pricing & huge quantities.

The Utility House Person instructor (Nancy Con) was rude and condescending. She talked to the entire class as if we were stupid if we didn't understand something or asked her to repeat herself even though she has a very heavy accent. Also she seemed angry when we passed the test.

I've never taken a cooking class in my life so I decided to get outside my comfort zone and give it a shot. Loved the experience and will definitely be back. So much fun!

I was a student for the Bakers Helper class in 2018. Chef Robert Kennedy is unprofessional. He yells at students, always a lack of equipment and ingredients for the class. The students are always wrong in his eyes. The school did not care to help any of the distraught students. The school is money hungry. I would not recommend the class. The certification is not taken seriously by the casinos. Waste of time.

I so enjoyed my classes. Michele makes class fly by. Funny, knowledgeable, teaches in a relaxed manor. I was able to retain so much just because he made so interesting. I wish I would have started sooner. I want to learn it all now! The best exsperience ever! Highly recommend it and the office staff is helpful and very friendly.
