Company Description
Let’s Cultivate Food began when Chef Yoon Lee together with a Sous Chef were looking for a change of scenery, so.. being specialists in flavor combination, healthy eating and keeping up with what’s fresh and in-style, they began helping other restaurants with menu repair. And then, “It was about 5 years ago, when an appreciative restaurateur who we just helped had asked if we could ‘go to his house and show his family these new and updated recipes’ which we did”, said Chef Lee. From there sparked Let’s Cultivate Food.

Had a great time!! Learned a lot and the food was amazing. Can’t wait to book the next one.
We had such a great time at our in-home cooking class with Yoon and Mike! There was a group of 7 of us and we made vegetable egg rolls with a homemade duck sauce, spinach and artichoke cheesy pull apart bread and caprese skewers.
The food was fantastic. Yoon and Mike did a great job of incorporating everyone, despite varying skill levels. They explained things very well and gave great cooking tips and tricks for us to use in the future. They also brought homemade iced tea and lemonade which was fantastic!
Additionally, they catered a party we had immediately after the class and all of that food was just as delicious! Everyone raved about it!
I cannot recommend the in-home cooking class and catering enough! I can't wait to do it again!
Let’s cultivate food was awesome! Mike and Yoon were both extremely friendly and made the experience awesome! I got my girlfriend and I the “Sake To Me” sushi making class and it was a very fun time! Yoon walked us through everything, even explaining techniques and sharing knowledge about various types of food we were using. We started off with Miso soul that we made and then each made two rolls. It was more than enough food, accompanied by a glass of sake and some delicious homemade cinnamon-orange green tea. Definitely would recommend for a date night or a gift!
I was lucky enough to have my bridal shower at Let’s Cultivate Food. We learned how to make three different dumplings. Mike and Yoon were welcoming, fun, and very knowledgable. The space was super cute and clean. We had a ton of laughs while we were there, picked up some new skills for the kitchen, and got to eat a meal that we had prepared together. It was perfect. Thank you Mike and Yoon!
What a great time. A lot of fun and laughs and amazing food. Chefs were great and informative. Definitely recommend!
I can’t say enough about this company! We did an Asian Fusion cooking class at a friend’s home and had the best time. Not only did our chefs spend time answering all of our questions and teaching us practical cooking tips, the food was absolutely delicious. I am already trying to think of ways that we can use them again!
My husband and I attended your sushi class a few weeks ago. We took what you taught us and had an awesome night with our kids teaching them how to make their own sushi. We had a great time at your class and an even greater time sharing it with our family. Thanks for offering such an experience!
Kindly, amy and tom
My family and I really enjoyed our seafood cooking class with Lets Cultivate Food. It was an engaging class where we learned a lot, shared some laughs, and ate great food. Thanks again!
They did a great job catering for us and were willing to work out every detail before the event.
We attended date night dumpling class tonight- a wonderful experience! We learned a ton, had fun, and most had a delicious dinner. Thank you, Let’s Cultuvate Food! Would recommend for anyone to try.
I got my husband a cooking class at the Manayunk location for his birthday. The class was far better than we expected. Class size was very small (8). The information was excellent and went beyond the recipe. The food we made was fantastic and we were able to make it again with our kids, at home, easily. I highly recommend this. DEFINITELY WORTH THE $.
