Really bad experience... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, cars are over priced and the “mechanic” is a broken down shop in the back of the dealer. It took over a month in fix few things in my car and they just hide the problem make things a lot worse. Definitely DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE and waste your time and money.

Let me first say that if I could give these guys ten stars I would. Little back ground. It was time to retire the old Ford. I also have over a half century of driving experience along with buying and selling my own cars. The gray hair says it all. So on their lot I find a sweet little Mazda 3 at my budget price. Took it for the test ride, loved it, but noticed the brake pedal was a bit low. The salesman Tomas told me they would make it right. Both of us figured it just needed some new pads. No big deal. Picked it up a couple of days later (new pads and rotors on rear). Felt better but not quite sure. Drove it around over the weekend and took it to my mechanic for an oil change and a look over the next week. He said the car was sound but yes, something was off on the braking system. He said he would need some serious time to diagnose it and suggested I give Drive 512 a call first. I did. Tommy, the owner, told me to bring it right back in. When I got there Tomas handed me the keys to a loaner off the lot and said they would need the car for a few days to have one of their brake specialists go through it and determine what the issue was. But we’ll make it right. Long story short a few days turned into a couple of weeks. They got several specialists involved including Mazda, replaced several parts that were borderline but probably serviceable, and finally as a last resort, replaced the ABS module and pump. That was not a cheap swap. Apparently the brilliant auto engineers that designed the system didn’t bother to figure out away to test it. Swapping parts is 1960’s tech. I know that’s what we did back then. But that’s what the problem was. During this whole time I was never without wheels, never missed a day of work, and their staff kept me updated every step of the way. They made it right. I dare anyone to find another dealer, especially the major company ones, that will stand behind that promise to a customer. I hadn’t till now. Thank you Drive 512 Auto Ranch

I had the absolute worst experience with the whole staff at Drive512. We had an interaction where both Drive512 and myself got upset to the point where I was cussed at by the older salesman and the owner who works in the back had such a bad attitude and was beyond disrespectful. Nicole’s attitude was disgusting and very passive aggressive. They made personal attacks and cussed at me as they pleased. When you go in to buy, they’re your best friend, afterwards, they’re enemies. I am filing a consumer complaint form with the DMV and proceeding investigations with a comsumer advocacy group who have received prior reports about Drive512 and their unethical tactics to sell poor quality vehicles.

~THANK YOU DRIVE*512*AUTO*RANCH~ This place far exceeded my expectations about a used car lot we bought a car AS IS within the 1st month we figured out the transmission was bad and going to need to be replaced Tommy & Chris worked with us an put us in a newer car with less miles and didn't charge us any thing extra! In fact they pushed our 1st payment back a month for our inconvenience. Stand Up Guys! If you're a challenging case this would be the place to go they went above and beyond anything they had to do to make sure we got a reliable dependable car I'd recommend this place to anybody in a heartbeat! #1 in my book

Sold us a dangerous unroadworthy truck. They have zero intergrity and don't stand behind their product. Would they put their wife, mother or child in a vehicle like we got from them. If they had an ounce of honesty 'answer would be, "Hell no. We need to make this right." We're stuck making payments on a truck that sits in the driveway. Morally we can't sell this deathtrap to someone. Now I've been diagnosed with cancer. Need a good dependable vehicle unfortunately we choose Drive 512 auto ranch. Never have I made such a poor judgement of someone and what they represent. Then they try to make out like we had no dealings together. They know the vehicles they recieved in trade from me. They'll try to con the public with bs double talk. Also whoever they took the truck for state inspection should have their license revolked. Number of issues, how about 3 lugnuts on a wheel, but hey there were 4 on the rest of the wheels. (Required on this truck 5 per wheel, or is suppose to be rejected). Had the inspection people done their job we wouldn't have got stuck. Looking out for public safety or in bed with the used car lot, you decide.
