Everybody at Expressway Toyota recognize how distressed I was over the lemon that I had .They worked diligently to get me the best car for the best price that I could afford Special thanks to George Chandler to Joel Gordon nd Steve Chung They really cared about my predicament and they went over and beyond the call of duty to get me the best deal. They fired the original dealer Mark Hickey who had cheated me and made amends. I would consider doing business with them again and telling my friends about them

I had to update my review... Who loses their house keys when trying to clean out car? I do. Thank you Paul for waiting with me until I found them eventhough most of the staff had left. Paul Watson was beyond awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I definitely would buy another vehicle from him. Really great experience leasing a new car at Expressway Toyota. I can’t recommend Gabe enough. He was my sales person guided me through the process, making sure I was comfortable and understood each step along the way. I’ll be back at the end of my lease and hopefully he is still there.

Expressway Toyota was an experience with staff to receive you with respect and deal with you as you are. I met with three men who directed me throughout the whole process with understanding of my own circumstances and a solution to getting me my first car. Credit is important. The finance department did a great job catering to my present financial portfolio with explanations to a better financial future. An excellent team is at Expressway Toyota. Benson was very patient and helpful. He was professional and provided good customer service. However, the process took rather long due to some back and forth on the names that should go on the lease in order for the loyal client credit to apply. Benson did his due diligence in asking for the correct process but was give mixed information from several people on site. Rating on Benson as a sales representative is 5 stars. Rating on the dealership: 2 stars Honestly, this Toyota dealership appears extremely untidy and chaotic. Most desks were rather cluttered, lighting was not the best in some areas. It would have been a much better experience if Benson was give the correct information to set up the paper work from the beginning. I already had all figures confirmed, car picked out prior to my arrival and it still took over two hours to complete the paper work process. My last experience at another Toyota dealership was much more efficient and pleasant. I strongly suggest some training on staff to provide the correct procedures to your sales force. Presentation makes a big difference - enhance the site with better lighting and require staff to have tidy desks.

I wasn’t expecting to leave with a car because I had just left a different dealership and they weren’t very helpful. Manny Javier was great from the beginning. Very helpful and after discussing everything I decided to do a lease. This being my first car I was very comfortable making that choice and Manny made that choice very easy. I love my 2019 Toyota Corolla!
