Needed a recall repair on each of our cars, so I was in there 2 days in a row. Place was clean, the waiting room was clean. The people I dealt with were both polite and efficient. I believe we have found our new Honda Dealer.
Frontier Honda is phenomenal! They are always really thorough when inspecting our cars. We have started bringing in a 2002 used Honda and they have been great about helping us see what must be fixed right away and what will be okay for a while. Great staff with low turnover so I have gotten to know them over the last 5 years we have been going there.
Mike Hammond, chair of the Red Service Team, is the one I trust to keep my car in excellent condition & to keep us safe in every season. He tracks what needs to be done so that I don’t have to. Mike goes above & beyond to communicate with me about all the details at every visit. Everyone who works in the service department is friendly, helpful & professional. I have heard that going to a dealership for auto service is very expensive, but I have found that it is much less expensive than what I was paying to private mechanics as they assessed what a problem might be. Frontier has the diagnostic Honda equipment to be sure the first time and I get genuine Honda parts if needed. I appreciate Mike’s integrity & years of experience along with the good work of his entire team.
Realized car needed servicing the night before, came first thing the next day when they opened and they took care of me! Elaine was attentive, respectful, friendly, and customer-first thinking. Incredible service. although I moved to Denver, I'll do the drive to go here!!
Allen Sanchez (Green Team Leader) explained the services well and told me a good cost estimate. All the work was performed on Saturday morning when I was there. I have very good confidence with the Service Dept. professionals and they take excellent care of our 2005 Accord and 2009 CR-V. They also installed a recall drivers air bag that I did not know about. I am very pleased with Roberto's ability to show and explain the Odyssey. Hw was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very willing to explain things until I understood them. After all that was a lot of information to try and absorb. He had the patience to explain until I got it. THANK YOU ROBERTO! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Roberto for buying a car.
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership in years. Got exactly the car I was looking for at a fair price. Got a fair trade in value for my car and the overall experience was very smooth and stress free. Hats off to John, the internet sales guy in particular.
My husband and I were car searching and found ourselves looking at the used vehicles at Frontier Honda. Immediately Eric (General Manager) came out and greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We weren’t sure but he just helped answer questions we had. There wasn’t any pressure to buy or anything. As we were leaving feeling like we didn’t find anything fitting our needs I spotted a Lexus that we a bit over our price range. We talked to Eric about the vehicle and took it for a test drive with Bernie (salesman). We loved the car but couldn’t justify the price. After thinking it over we asked to negotiate and they were very generous and helped us find a comfortable payment monthly and total price of the car. I would highly recommend checking this place out. Even if you don’t find something it’s friendly and non pressuring experience. Thank you Frontier Honda and staff for our car!
It is always an enjoyable trip to Frontier for service. Rob does a great job! There is never a time when extra service is recommended when not needed. It was brought to my attention that I will need a water pump shortly. I told Rob I will handle that issue in the near future. All in all—5 Stars!!!!! Al Rogers
Awesome people working here! Bernie was a friendly and honest salesman. I would work with him again! A visit in the finance office always stresses me but Dave was fantastic! He went back and made phone calls twice to get us a batter rate. He was fun to work with and never pushy! I would come back for sure!
