Really very disappointed in this dealership. They seriously insulted me with their trade in offer. I'm an educated and well read woman who took good care of my car and knew exactly how much it was worth on trade in ($2,800 which was exactly what another dealership offered me upfront). Not to mention the internet where anyone can find any info they need on anything, such as this bad review you're currently reading (you're welcome). Galpin offered me $500. It put such a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't interested in doing business with them at all after that (and told them so). I understand the car selling game, and that there has to be room for negotiation, but you're not going to insult both my car and my intelligence with such an absurdly low number, then act snotty towards me when I call you out on it, then pretend you're being put out by having to offer me more, then talk me into giving you my hard earned money. I'm giving them 2 stars because I did like the car I test drove, and I feel badly for the sales woman who was perfectly nice, because it was her manager that ruined her sale.

Truthfully I'm not a fan of Galpin..so, Galpin Mazda is no exception for me either. I came in for an issue I'd been experiencing regarding the tire pressure sensor light. As it turned out the solution was simple but never explained by Mazda in their handbook or by the dealer (Galpin). The agent at who helped me this time was semi-alright in the end, but a little sarcastic and actually gave me an eye roll when I first explained my concern. I kind of had to put him in his place a bit and he then acted more like a human being. The customer service area is an afterthought and looks sparse, like they don't really want you here.

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. The first time I signed a lease with them I had 2 different sales associates fighting for our business. UNPROFESSIONAL! I was later then called about 10 times 6 months prior to my lease termination, and was told to come in and I would get a better deal. I came in and as a returning customer they were trying to have me pay a higher price due to coming in "too early" because my lease didn't end for another 6 months. WASTE OF TIME. One month before the lease termed went in to negotiate a deal and the sales guy ran my credit without letting me know and the finance guy was speaking to me like I'm a friend of his calling my brother "BRO". UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When the lease was on its final days, I was told if I leased again the deal would be better and all fees would be waved. Little did I know that was a complete LIE. A MONTH LATER after I resigned a new lease agreement with them, I received a letter saying I owe for the tires of the old lease even though I was told ALL FEES WOULD BE WAVED. They also had me return to the dealer a couple of days later after the lease agreement was signed because the lease agreement I signed was EXPIRED. Unfortunately I have to wait for my 3 years for this lease to end, but I will never sign with this Mazda dealer again!!!

Kevin Juarez was extremely helpful today. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and provided my wife and I with a great experience. We weren't ready to make a decision today since we just stopped by to see what was new, but we'll definitely be back to buy/lease a car with Galpin and work with him.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW Awesome, friendly, and quick service department. Came in for a Saturday morning oil change appointment. Arrived right at 8am, Chris told me that if I wanted to wait they could have my car done in an hour. Chris found me in the waiting area and updated me when half way through my wait. I was driving home by 8:55. Couldn't be happier with the service. Kudos.
