Not only have I personally leased cars from Steve Rodgers, but I know many others who SOLELY come to Galpin because of him. It doesn't matter whether you are going in for a Honda Civic or an Aston Martin--He treats you like family every single time. I always had a bad taste in my mouth from previous car salesman, but Steve has changed the trajectory of my perspective on the whole experience. He truly cares about people, puts their needs at the forefront of every situation at hand, and is a kind human being. A Heart of gold, indeed-- We need more Steve Rodgers in the world.

Just got two XC90 and one XC40 from these guys about a month ago. Can't recommend them enough! Ernesto, David and Jonathan (manager) were beyond expectations. Also, that is hands down the nicest dealership I've been in. Very well maintained and the Starbucks inside is a great touch. Keep it up, folks! I was impressed and you'll definitely have my money in the future.
Great experience at Galpin. They have an amazing facility, and a friendly, helpful staff who will go out of their way for you. Ask for Justin Permijo. He was great to work with, knowledgeable about the car, and he made sure that I was happy after the sale. Galpin has offers that set them apart from other dealers such as their 1 year "keep it new program" where they'll fix any small nicks and dents for free. I got the Volvo S60 and I love it!
Friendly, cordial and informative staff that NEVER over sold and let me take my time in my research and decision. The day i picked up my car, the team spent their time showing me all the features of the car, answering any and all questions, even offered me a free car wash after the rainy weather cleared up. These guys get it.

Part of Galpin Motors multi-block complex, Galpin Volvo is located in a modern, two story sales and service building. The space also contains Galpin's fine jewelry shop, Starbucks, a patio on the second floor, a game room, and a "bank vault" containing exquisite cars, comfortable seating, and a bar. Everything is wheelchair accessible. An elevator moves you between floors. There is also a rather dramatic chrome and glass staircase. The Volvo's are displayed on the first floor. Galpin is well known for maintaining a large inventory. My experience with Galpin Motors has stretched over more than a dozen cars. I like their low-pressure approach, and best of all, their excellent, after sale service.
Perfect experience at Galpin. Shaun Shahar was my salesman, and he is fantastic. Incredibly kind and patient, Shaun went the extra mile to find me the car I wanted at an amazingly low lease price. I couldn't have been happier at the deal I got and how easy Shaun made the entire process. I will buy from him again and again, and that is the best recommendation I can give.
